Hydra Sale, Clearance, and New Stuff

 Unfortunately Hydra Miniatures hasn't been doing well for us over the last year and we need to free up some cash for sculpting projects, so we're offering 30% off on our remaining stock. We love Matt's figures though and we'll be looking into carrying his stuff again when he releases his next rule book.

In related news I've put up a new Clearance section to house all the oddments we're wanting to sell off. Stuff that we could only sell at conventions, old lines we still have bits and pieces of, and so on. Right now we have the last bits of Ramshackle, and coming soon will be Rebel Minis moderns and Romans, as well as Splintered Light Ancients, Bronze Age, Cannon Fodder, and some 28mm naval guns and accessories.

Speaking of which new Tiger Miniatures naval equipment and mounties are up along with most of the remaining painted terrain I hadn't put up yet. Also new is our buying back into Wargames Factory with it's new management, expect individual frames and Dreamforge Games to be put up in the near future.

Tiger German Colonial and Arab Commission

Here's a Colonial German artillery piece and crew done for a midwestern regular and some Pathans done up as generic arabs for his friend. Colors on the gun and limber are guesses based on available information. They look good I think, and that's what the customer wants. :)

Been too long since I last did one of these, but I hope to get these out more regularly now that convention season is over for the year. So here we have a pair of sabertooth cats from Trent's DeeZee line.

I've also put up a new item in our painted terrain section: A set of 28mm Roman tents from Acheson Creations. The camp set includes one large Roman officer's tent and four smaller troop tents for $75.00 USD. These would make for a nice centerpiece set-up for an ancients skirmish game, or maybe as a base camp for an archaeological expedition for you pulp guys.

Painted Terrain

I've started putting up painted terrain items in the web store. The first offering is

ex-Rolling Plains North Africa/Middle East buildings. (Now being sold by I-94)

I only have one of each right now, but more can be done if necessary.

I plan on putting up new items every few days over the next few weeks, so check back often.

First Wave Xenomorphs

These are Pendraken Warrior Aliens in 10mm but easily used for 15mm aliens. The pics are slightly out of date, they've really picked up over the last few shows and I've only got a hand full left.

The face huggers are just the right size for the 28mm scale.

There are four variants of the medium sized aliens and one small type.

Here's a pic of one pack of each code, minus on of the medium warrior codes.

Finally a close up of the queen model, about 20mm tall.

I plan on ordering more from Pendraken to paint for sale at next year's shows both as single bases (maybe on movie style wasteland bases) and on Flames of War bases for things like Future War Commander. If anyone reading would like some get in contact with me. Queens are $3 USD each, all others are $2 USD each.

Dead Bronto

Here's Acheson Creation's Dead Sauropod from their Primaeval Designs line, showed in this pic with some of dad's Copplestone Castings dinosaurs for scale. The bronto is roughly eight to nine inches long and consequently somewhat difficult to take pictures of in detail.

However there is some very nice detail to see on this model. I'm pretty happy with how it came out (though I think it'd work better with a satin gloss on the bloody parts) and will be doing more for sale in the future. This one got snapped up at Rock-con.
