Happy Birthday Assortment

Some children's birthday cards I made for my daughter in law. I went with
a balloon theme to make choosing easier and tried to make most of the cards
neutral. The elephants are from My Favorite Things Adorable Elephants
set, the panda's are Stampin Up Party Panda's and the third is done with a
punch and MFT sentiment.

Birthday card

Celebrated our granddaughters 3rd birthday this weekend. I made this
card for her using MFT's Beautiful Girl set, My Mind's Eye paper, frame
die by Pawsitively. Was a fun day celebrating and visiting with people
we don't get to see very often.

Tuxedo Card

I made my first Tuxedo card for a dear friends birthday.  I was quite happy
with how it turned out.  I gave cutting it out one try and called my hubby
to take over for me.  I may try it again for someone very special but it
was one of the more complicated fun folds I have made. Papers are
by stamping up.  Flowers by MFT, Mouse and sentiments
by Lawn Fawn. Unsure who the happy birthday die is by.

Happy Birthday Stash

I've been building up my stash of children's cards and since it is a raining
dreary day I mad this one to play along with a few fun challenges.  I already
had the image colored and die cut on my table and was waiting for
inspiration from a sketch.

Happy Birthday

My husbands birthday card. Nothing super fancy.  We both love the
water, boating and all things nautical so I pulled out a new paper pack
Sea & Shore by Hackney & Co.  I cut this MFT Happy Birthday die
6 times and glued them together putting an acetate circle below the top
layer.  Silver and iridescent sequins inside.  I had never made him a
shaker card before.  He was very happy with his card and the day
we spent celebrating.

Thanks for stopping by.

You Cake My Day

This is the third of my new stamp sets from MFT, You Cake My Day. I followed
a sketch using the saran wrap for my circles cut with Nesting Pinking Circles,
did some ink splattering on the background, images colored with Copics and
then highlighted with Faber-Castell pencils. Sentiment is popped up for
dimension. Another childrens birthday card for the box.  Now on to
Valentines cards!

Sweet Birthday Wishes

Another new stamp set from MFT, they are so cute for building up my stash
of cards little ones.  Lots of these fun ones in our lives and most of their
birthdays are in November and December, so making some while life
is calm and we can't do much with COVID.

Hope you are all doing well and staying healthy.  Thanks for stopping by.

Happy Birthday

I bought several cute My Favorite Things stamp sets recently.  Above is

Celebrating You.  This weekend I stamped

up several of each stamp set and had fun coloring them and today

started putting them together.  I always have trouble making cards

for the little ones in my life so I thought I would get an early

start on them this year. If you look close you can tell I used

MFT's Splatter Background on the base of my card, using Versa Mark

ink.  Images colored with Copic markers.
