These few days have been busy doing assignments.. Had been going home late too coz of tt.. Juz ytd, i stayed at Joyce's house till quite late to do my biz comp stuff. Then today stayed back in sch till abt 8pm to finish doing it. So tiring.... My human com journal is due coming Tue & on tt same day, i'm having a marketing TEST!!!
The cost of living in SIM is really freaking expensive. Went to print my assignment in sch today. As we had to do colour printing, i went to the library. It cost $1.20 for ONE page!!! In the end, i spent like $22.80 for 19 sheets of paper printed only on one side. ARGH!!! Plus the binding, it's like abt the amt i earn on a Sunday... Oh man...

Ohh... Went to the dentist juz now & my tooth is bleeding like nobody's business now. Had my poor little tooth removed coz the dentist was saying tt if i wanna do root treatment, i hafta spend like $300++... Den it's not a one-time thing. So in the end i hafta spend like $600++ for the whole treatment. & after tt still hafta continue treatment for many years down the road... So i decided to pluck it off. The dentist put so much anesthetic on my tooth tt it's still numb now. So much force was used on tt poor little tooth... I was even tearing when the needle went in... So scary...

My tooth has been giving me lots of problems... 4 years ago i had to go to the dentist to remove the nerves in my tooth. Then 2 years ago, the tooth broke into half when i was eating Mentos. Then juz ytd, the filling the dentist put in my tooth came off & a big hole is left. ARGH! Am going to the dentist today again... Guess it's gonna cost me quite a lot to get that tooth fixed. ARGH!

SMOKE-FREE SIM CAMPUS FROM 1 JANUARY 2006

The Institute will be implementing a smoke-free campus regulation to create a healthy learning environment for students and members. This new policy will also align our practice with that of other tertiary institutions in Singapore.

The smoke-free campus regulation comes into effect on 1 January 2006 and smoking will be prohibited on SIM premises, i.e., all air-conditioned and non-air conditioned areas within the buildings, including the open areas surrounding the buildings in SIM Headquarters, Clementi Road, and Management House, Namly Avenue.

We are pleased to inform you that a series of activities to promote a healthy and smoke-free lifestyle will be launched jointly by SIM and Health Promotion Board during the SIM Student Week from 12 to 16 September, 2005, 12.00 noon to 2.00 pm. We invite you to drop by at The Atrium, SIM Headquarters, during this period to participate in the activities. Information and therapist consultation on how to kick the smoking habit will also be available during this period.

Met up with my human communication project group members today to discuss project in the morning. WOW! They're damn hardworking lor! See liao also stress... If only some of their hardworking-ness will rub off on me.. Haha... We talked abt alot of stuff... From advertisements to guys to i dunno wat... Had lunch together. Saw some YJ frenz in the canteen & i saw a sec sch friend of mine with them. What a small world! She's the gal i saw on the 1st day of sch but i was unsure whether it's her not. Haha... =)
The accounting lecturer gave us a piece of good news this afternoon. He extended our deadline for our accounting assignment AGAIN! Everyone's so super happy over it.. Hahaha... 2 more weeks b4 the assignment is due...

On Fri when i was at Jurong East MRT station, i met Derek "gay". Haha... He's not gay but...... 214 ppl should know why ba... Haha... Yup, i met Derek when i was with Deric at the station (notice their name sounds the same?). Anyway, while walking home, it started drizzling. When i had one foot in the shelter, it started raining heavily... Heng ar... Haha...
Then on Sat i got my pay. My boss very li hai wor... He overlooked the hours i worked at the end of July.. Lucky i was alert enough to realize tt or else i would have work for nothing le..
Then today i nearly fell down right in front of the food court coz someone had dropped some stuff on the ground & i accidentally stepped on it. Some ppl saw me slipping & it was so pai seh!!! Then going home tt time, coz it was raining & my umbrella spoil le, i went to the bookstore below my workplace to buy umbrella. Din have enough money with me then & there's no ATM machine so the auntie allow me to pay next time... This is known as accounts payable, which is under liability in accounts. Haha... See! I'm applying what i learn to my lifestyle le... Haha...

Wasn't in the mood to listen to lecture today & ended up talking to Jen Nee & Joyce... Haha... Tmr still hafta go to work... Not looking forward to it but looking forward to getting my pay. My bank account left not much money le & i need to put in more money to make it look nicer... Haiz... Tho it's not a big sum of money. My throat hurts so much... Esp in the morning.... Feel like i'm swallowing stones... Argh!! Guess i brought it upon myself... Ate potato chips on Mon. Then on Tue i got fever & sore throat. On Wed i was craving for spicy food & i went Old Chang Kee to buy fishball & put alot of chilli on it. On Thu i was craving for KFC & i went KFC for lunch. Haha... Opps! Guess i hafta control my cravings le...
