Wee Folks Christmas Wish, 2017.

Ah, the blessed wee folks. The celebration of life's little wonders are truly cherished by Fidelina, the beautiful fairy princess, her loving husband, Geoffrey the garden gnome and their boy child, Einahalk. Rejoice and treasure the precious gift that is life.

Love doth bloom.  A budding, ongoing romance is there right before our eyes.
Cheeky monkey in a group hug with a couple of gnome wee folks.
I fondly recall the times the wee folks played, danced and sang in the magical, enchanted garden where once they did live.
These days, the wee folks congregate on the living room floor of my apartment. Their Christmas festivities captivate as I gazed into the magic of it all.

Here's Penny the Jack Russell dog.  Penny, symbolic of the lessons about her approach to life of one of non-judgemental, unconditional love.  Note her and three of the wee folks.  How content they all look

Indeed, Fidelina, the beautiful fairy Princess, Geoffrey the garden gnome and Einahalk, wish for you, for all of us, to learn to live in peace.  To embrace and learn from each other in an all different, all equal, inspiring diversity
And Penny, beautiful, loving Penny, believes in you, believes in me.  Believes that "humankind" will be just that. It must be our legacy for our children.
A snowy night
A glistening delight
Immerse yourself in this sight
Time to make our world just right
Humankind
Intertwined
As we seek to find
A love aligned
The wee folks want us to comprehend
That, together we shall create a magical blend
Foes become friends
As we make amends
Help each other
Sister to sister and brother to brother
The wee folks and Penny, wish you well
As you dwell
In contemplation
A better world for the next generation
Help each other, we help ourselves
As told to us by the fairies and the elves.

The Wee Folks Seasons Greetings,2016.

Ah, behold the wondrous magic bestowed upon us by Fidelina, the beautiful fairy princess, her beloved husband, Geoffrey the garden gnome and their boy child, Einahalk.  They, from the land of the wee folks, drenched in symbolism, of love, of hope, of compassion.

The wee folks, a celebration of diversity in an all different, all equal world.

Observe their joy as the wee folks sense the simple enchantment of twinkling lights.

A fun time to be had as the festivities of free minds rejoice in their passionate desire to see us, the big people, learn of their non-judgemental ideals.
Their sweet innocence doth be a marvel to see.
 True love has no boundaries.

                                                                Group embrace.
A snowy scene from yesteryear in the enchanted garden where they once lived.

The warm, reassuring glow from within my living room where the wee folks now reside as they pass on their lessons for me to learn, for you to learn, for all of us to learn.
And thus, the setting sun kissed the western horizon. Evening cast hopeful shadows on the sleepy town of Leek, Staffordshire, England.  Tis the wish of the wee folks, such scenes of wonder would result in the dawning of the new day.  A new day of compassion amongst us of the big world.

Penny, the Jack Russell dog and modest internet superstar, along with the wee folks, leave you with some prose for thought.

In the past year
We've seen your fear
Mankind
Not aligned
Man unkind
Hatred for those
Who chose
To live in peace
Make the hatred cease
Make compassion contagious
The premise not outrageous
Peace to you all
Our impassioned call.

The Wisdom Of The Wee Folks.

My last post, way back when, was more from a personal, family angle.  My concerns for my son and his health.  My ongoing battle to work through my fog.  To see clearly that brighter future on offer. My son is much better and he's back at work.  The fog begins to lift.

And yet, my friend, you are very much an integral part, a catalyst in my working through all that has impacted me so profoundly over the past year.  The emotional and physical upheavals have drained me.  I'm slowly getting there and in part, thanks to you.

This "electric family", this community of caring beyond my screen, is one that leaves me with gratitude beyond any suitable words.  Thank you.
I sat there in the deafening hush of the living room.  My mind's eye vaguely noticed fleeting visions. Of blurry blacks and greys.  The mind's eye hankered back to a time not so long ago.  Back to a time when the wee folks danced, sang songs of joy, in an enchanted garden that now seemed but a distant dream.....
I concentrated, oh how I concentrated.  Fidelina, the beautiful fairy princess, her husband, Geoffrey the garden gnome and their boy child, Einahalk, came more into view.  Somewhat clearer, the vision started to take on dashes of colour.
Then the brilliance arrived.  The resplendent colours, symbolic of hope, of renewed optimism, washed upon my inner vision.  The wee folks spoke.  Gentle, whispered words of hope.  Words of wisdom from the wee folks.

I visualised my son.  A sense of pride consumed me knowing that my son is adapting so well.  Yes, he has started his life in his own home.   I celebrate his independence and come to terms with my reality.  A reality I'm determined to make the most of.
I opened my eyes.   Stared across the living room.  There she was in all her sweet innocence.  Penny the loving dog and three of the garden gnomes.  Three garden gnomes from the community of wee folks who travelled from an enchanted garden.  They make the most of a new situation.  The past meets the present.   What an image of inspiration.

The Wee Folks Christmas Wish, 2014.

And the celebration continued.  They danced, they sang to sweet tunes of love, of hope, of understanding.
In the above photograph is Venetia, the sister of Fidelina, bridesmaid from, The Wee Folks Wedding. The enchanting wedding of Fidelina, the beautiful fairy princess and Geoffrey, the garden gnome.  Standing beside her is the 'best gnome', Teagan. There was a hint of romance between the two of them at the magic-filled wedding on the first day of summer, 2010. Note the gnome in the background, Yrag, who is the best friend of Teagan.
A past magical moment in time.  The wee folks celebrated each and every unique snowdrop that cast its glistening wonder on the enchanted garden where they once doth lived. Their message to us is simple, yet profound.  For the wee folks live in their wee world, where stigma, labels and the passing of judgement, are bizarre and baffling concepts.  May we learn from them.  Let's celebrate and rejoice in the diversity of mankind.  And just like in their world, we can truly be, all different, all equal.
And the wee folks gazed up at the moon
Cried for our world so out of tune
Worries in their loving hearts
Seeking signs of our fresh starts
Corruption
 Disruption
Compassion
The reaction.

The Wee Folks Wedding. The Fourth Anniversary.

Saturday, June 21, 2014, marks the fourth anniversary of the Wee Folks Wedding.  A wedding that demonstrated a kind, caring, compassionate world where no stigma is attached, no judgements made.  A world that teaches lessons to us big folks.  If only we would listen to the lessons.

Below are the photos of the wedding of Fidelina, the beautiful fairy princess and Geoffrey the garden gnome.  The wedding of wonder, photographed exclusively by me in the enchanted garden.  A garden of hopeful symbolism   A playground of positive possibilities.

Can you hear those sounds?   Open your heart and listen.   The wee folks are singing to you, to me.  Sweet songs of their understanding of harmony within nature's balance.

Four years on, I'm delighted to tell you their love is as strong, as poignant, as powerful as ever.  Here's that story in words and the pictures, retold.
Here is a picture of the beautiful fairy princess bride, Fidelina, posing with her bridesmaid sister, Venetia.
Pictured here are,  Teagan, the best gnome and Geoffrey the groom.
Just one hour before the wedding.  Venetia and Fidelina take a few moments to think about the enchanting day ahead of them.
"Scarecat" is ready to watch over the wedding proceedings.
A few of the wee folks and friends, waiting for the magical ceremony to begin.
All united in joy.  There is much excitement as the magical wedding draws ever closer.
Just minutes before the wee folks wedding.  Scarecat watches over the celebration with comforting reassurance.
It's nearly time for the wedding to begin.   In the middle of the photograph, to the left side, is Teagan, the best gnome.   In the centre, is the, "Justice of the Pixie", Walden, who will conduct proceedings.  To the right in the photograph is, of course, the happy groom, Geoffrey, dressed in a green robe.
The anticipation and excitement is gathering momentum.
Off in the distance...they see a vision of great beauty.
Teagan, Walden and Geoffrey, look on in awe, as Fidelina and her bridesmaid sister, Venetia, stroll towards the ceremony.
Fidelina and Venetia move closer.
The gathered wee folks and friends fall into a hushed silence.
The magic of the moment grows stronger.
Almost there.
It's nearly time.
Geoffrey looks on with great joy, great expectation as Fidelina gets ever closer.
Teagan and Walden share in the joy of this very special moment.
Venetia and Fidelina stand before Teagan, Walden and Geoffrey.
Venetia and Teagan step off to one side as the ceremony is about to commence.  The wedding rings have been passed to Walden.
Note the look of love on their faces.
Fidelina and Geoffrey exchange their solemn vows.
They exchange rings.
The rings of magic, symbolic of their undying love.
Venetia and Teagan went for a walk amongst the greenery.  Who knows?  This may be another tale of love in the magical world of the wee folks.
Thus, this magical and wondrous tale of, The Wee Folks Wedding, is nearly over.  They've demonstrated that in their world and our world, true love knows no boundaries.  They thank you and I thank you, for taking the time to feel the magic of the Wee Folks Wedding.

Four years on.  The message of love knowing no boundaries is just as profound.
