Caleb's Broken Arm Update

Today Caleb had an MRI on his broken arm. We went to Primary Children's Hospital Imaging Department. They gave him Nembutal IV to put him to sleep. The MRI took about 40 minutes. The nurses said an MRI of the brain only takes 20 to 30 minutes. It seems strange that an elbow takes longer than a brain. They let him sleep for 2 hours after they gave him the Nembutal. When he woke up he ate a Popsicle and drank a little bit of Gatorade. He was okay until the nurse put him in the car, and then he threw up. We made it to Chandra's house (thanks to her for watching Parker while Caleb and I were gone) and Caleb got sick again. He got sick one more time after we got home, but has been fine since about 6 pm. Chandra had invited us over for dinner and FHE. I told her that we weren't going to come over tonight since Caleb was not feeling well. He was very sad that we didn't get to have dinner with them, and started crying that he was feeling better. He is still very unsteady on his feet so Keith has been carrying him around the house. Tomorrow we will talk to the orthopedic specialist to see what they found on the MRI.
