Annual Camp Endshi KF
Recently all of you had to go through 5 days of hard work and sleep depravation. I hope that none of you lost your will to live (unlikely). Luckily there's always the good friends by your side to talk to, and to help you through the various work you have to do.
i'll stop talking about the crazy last week of school and project rushing, and let's move on to Annual Camp.
Although the camp itself was 5 days, actually, with the preps and all, its actually takes up a lot of time. I'll like to extend a big thanks to all those who helped in the preps, and more so for those who came back when they werent needed to, namely nick kok, ling yun and his rugby friend =) and esp esp ZHONG JUN. couldn't have done it without you!
Before the camp... i sent out emails to each sec 1 and 2, just reflecting some of my thoughts. thanks for taking them into consideration and putting in your all for AC. I could see some of you really try very hard to take initiative and help the patrol. To some, yeah, more still can be done, but in general i'm satisfied.
Kf got 3rd place. Not bad... last year we got 4th, and thats with jeremy =) was it a close fight? you bet. there's some places we can improve in... such as in campsite and perhaps gateway, so sec 1s and 2s, take note, next year learn from this year and bring KF to greater heights. But i think for the games, KF did beyond my expectations.

Stupid quiz was unexpected (haha also by a bit of fluke). Cooking wasn't, but thanks Zhong Jun for manning out there when no one wanted to. Yeah i know i suck at cooking =( for skill-o-rama, we did the best we could, hawk still had more skills to show off, and there just wasnt really enough time. good job though. last year we got like 5th =/ and for cross-country... no words. congrats nick kok for being officially the fastest sec 1 haha... faster than Gabriel! Carrom was disappointing though... we all agree the system of counting is screwed right?

Update!hi
yet another update. i'm planning one every month =) liddat got enough pictures to upload. haha
so far, since the last post we had job week, and annual show. Both were OMG awesome.
For job week, KF got 3rd! Yes that is indeed a good achievement, considering that the top 3 in the SU werent from KF. Anyway, good job everyone for working so hard and earning so much money! And for those who got $100 in one go... i am speechless.
For Ocean's 1... another great show by 01! I'm happy that most of you managed to play important roles in the campfire, be it in dance, backdrop etc. I'm gonna put up some pictures. Haha, not from my blog. Here are some KF members in action!

Campfire Videos 2007hi again KF
this blog has been rotting quite long, so hope there can be more activity. =)
01 campfire is coming up. Sec 1s, you are mostly in Dance. So are the sec 2s. And the sec 3s (aka zhong jun), so are you. Dance is a damn fun thing. Its kinda sad that i'm not in it this year =( but as costumes/props committee I will ensure that all of you get pretty little outfits!
Mwahahahahahaha...
Anyway, wondering how campfires are like? Wondering what kind of dances we did in the past? Wondering about all kinds of stuff regarding 01 campfire atmosphere and the -ahem- kind of audience u get?

JOB WEEK ARE YOU READY?!!okay guys.
sec 1s, i know that there's some confusion regarding your route on sunday. you'll have to pick a new place. i'll try to come up with one for you if i can, but if you have any suggestions just tell me. rmr job week's very important so u should try your best to reach your targets!
sec 2s, basically your routes are okay i think, but there's some room for improvement. Raga, junjie says the place u chose (for one of the days, i cant remember) is very good, so work hard and get money! $$$
sec 3s (aka zhong jun) first day are we changing the routes? i agree three people is way too much.
things should be finalized by tonight. Have a good rest tmr night in preparation and remember to NOT WASH YOUR UNIFORM AFTER EACH DAY BECAUSE YOU'LL BE USING IT THE NEXT DAY.
general tips
- dun be discouraged if money is not coming to you
- u can call hotline or me if you'll discouraged. We're here to pump you up! =)
- if you reached your target already, dun slack, continue!
- if the area has been combed, find another area, dun continue in the area and degen.
- take care of your belongings. dun leave them in one corner while you're doing jobs and forget stuff or get stuff stolen.
- dun overwork and die. rest when neccessary.
- Sweet Talk, Stairs Training, Scenario Tackling stations - remember what you've learnt!

Term 1 Week 10last week of term! push on!
the sec 2s will be gone on their malaysian montage from monday to friday i think. thats long. =) hope you'll have fun and take loads of good pics and yada yada yada yup thats basically it. Just have fun. Last year's MM was fun!
Can all those sec 2s who havent pass zj your consent form for jobweek pls go pass to him on monday morning? like, before u leave. yup that'll be great. I think only a few people left...

Job Week Briefinghi
today was job week briefing. overshot by a little, but since time is money, and the j1s want us to get more money, i'm sure that none of you mind =)
anyway some details to note for job week:
two days: 8th and 9th march
report at 8am (Gym Hall), dismiss at 7pm (1M/1P classroom) for both days
attire for both days: Full Scout Uniform (FSU)
for first day, sec 1s going with j1s
