Poppy Sketch #10

SO excited today to share my FIRST EVER card as a design team member!
I am proud to announce that I am part of the incredible team at
Poppy Sketches for the next 6 months!

Here's the wonderful sketch:

Inspired by the 3 triangles, I decided to use a trio of pumpkins/gourds by Starving Artists
They were stamped, colored and cut out.

The fence was cut on my Cameo on the white Silhouette adhesive cardstock and inked with Distress inks.  The grass was cut with the Lawn Fawn grass die twice, layered and raised.

The background was stamped with a wee star stamp in my collection and embossed.
Then the panel was covered with a variety of blue Distress inks.
The embossed stars resisted the Distress ink.

The pumpkins are nestled behind the grasses.
That top layer of grass is raised with dimensional foam.

Thank you so much for stopping by.
So excited to be a part of this talented team.
I hope you will play along!

RCC74: Fall Card #2

Happy Thanksgiving!
We'll be hosting a small family gathering today.
The boys are excited to see their cousins.
I am excited about pie, "happy" coffees (bailey's), time with family and shopping ads.

I am also thankful for the crafters who visit my little blog.
Thank you for your time, attention and sweet comments.
You are a blessing to me!

RCC74: Fall Spirit

Been an eventful week.
Cleaning for Thanksgiving.  Bought a new vehicle. Got my card drive all caught up (until I check the mail today).  Boys' wish lists are sent out to the family.  Lights are up outside (tragically a few didn't make it this year.... sniff...sniff may they rest in peace). Front yard is leaf free for the moment.  Cleaned the other vehicle top to bottom.  Older son diagnosed with strep on Sat morning.... yadda yadda yadda.

Here's a fall card I made.
No idea who made the tree stamp.
I covered it with some red ink and added brown marker to the trunk.
I added 3 different colors of Stickles to enhance to leaves.

CCC79, PV and CC164: Fall Treat bags

Hi.
Sharing some treat bags I am making for my 3 year olds at church.
I found the poem on the Internet and changed a few words for their age level.

I'll write their name on that line beside the pumpkin.
so it will read "May God's light shine in _____".

The pumpkin was stamped in orange and brown and pieced together.  I used the tree leaf in the set to make a leaf for the pumpkin... little creative license, ha ha

I am entering this project in the following challenges:

Ink:  Memento black, Spiced Marmalade Distress
