Cupcake Inspirations 291: Coffee Themed Bday

Made this birthday card based on the Cupcake Inspiration challenge photo:

I used the white icing and the tan cupcakes for my colors.
I embossed the coffee image from Reverse Confetti in white on vellum.
The coffee and cream was stamped in brown and paper pieced.
I used Stampendous frontage on the edges.

Strike up the fun: Bowling Party!

Sharing the goodies I made for our son's 5th birthday party with a bowling theme.

Here is the invite.
Most supplies from Hobby Lobby.
I put the stickers on white cardstock and cut them out to give a little dimension.

Here are the cupcakes we gave out at the bowling alley and the school party.
I ordered the candy mold on Amazon.
The red "stripe" on the pin was put on with a brush.

Here's the cake for the family party.
The sports ball cake pan is by Wilton.
I used the template HERE for the pin, enlarged, and traced it
with black icing before filling it in with the stars.
Forgot to cover the board... was a little messy the next day...
Please ignore the remote control mark on the blue icing in the upper right...
I was trying to catch the news about Peyton Manning and went to put the remote down..
OOPS... shhhhhhhhhhhh squished stars...

Next up, the goody bags.
Stickers are from Hobby Lobby.
Easy-peasy
They were torn up before leaving the bowling alley.
The lizards were a huge hit with everyone.

I made T-shirts for the kids with Wilton easy image Transfers from Michael's.
Same pin image from Family Fun was printed & cut out by hand.
I just typed the names and cut them out with a paper trimmer.
We had an even number of boys and girls so I used red for the girls and blue for the boys.

I am entering this post in the following challenges:

A classic boy.

WM60: Hotwheel Party

Today I am sharing some project I made up for our son's 4th birthday.
Similar to the invites, I cut out the cars from Valentines and used
mod podge to decorate small notebooks from Big Lots.
I thought they'd get a kick out of having their names on them too.

Here are the little bags that each child received.
I inked one of his cars and ran it across the bag a few times.
The names are made with paint and some Making Memories
foam stamps from a "few" yrs back...hee hee
They contained the notebook and a hotwheel:

Here's the cake.  Black sugar crystals for the main road.  Road edge is brown sugar.
Grass tip #233.  Candy rocks.  The name logo and "4" are made out of candy melts.

Thank You cards made with Lawn Fawn's "Say Cheese" set.
Cars were cut out from HL paper and stickle-ized

I am sharing this project for the Wee Memories Challenge #60: Party Time!
