summer night

I love how beautiful it is everywhere! I probably have the word beautiful written in almost every post, but we truly do live in a beautiful world. Everyone says the best camera is the one with you. Tonight I went here and didn't bring my camera. I didn't wish that I had it too badly. Sometimes it's nice to not have with me because then I can jus take everything in with my own eyes. I was glad I had my phone though!

Riverside

During memorial day weekend I went camping with my family to Riverside Campground near Island Park. It was very beautiful! There were only a few ten minute breaks without rain. We saw some hail and snow too. It was still nice to relax. We stayed in our motorhome most of the time and played games, read, and talked. It was nice to get away for a few days with no phone, facebook, and blogs.



The Proposal

A few weekend ago my friend called me and asked me to take photo's of him purposing. Of course I said yes! That night I forgot my phone and then got lost. I was so worried I'd miss it. My friend and I finally found where we were supposed to meet and then my car got stuck in the sand. Luckily, the guys that came and helped get it out were the group of friends that was helping with the proposal. The lanterns didn't go up because of the wind. It was so fun to be involved. The lucky girl didn't even see me. Here are just a few photo's.

Spring Retreat!

Remember this post? Well this is what Victor Idaho looks like in the summer time! We had our retreat for Rec Sports this last weekend. It was so nice to get away and just relax and meet many of the other Rec Sports volunteers. Now I'm really looking forward to taking more outdoor picture's since I will know some of the people at the games. 

This semester my classes are super stressful. This weekend I got a better perspective. I absolutely love photography. My camera was in front of my face almost the entire time we were there.

 

I found a lady bug on a leaf! It looks like it has fangs.

I slept so bad there, but one of the times I woke up I looked out the window and saw this. I couldn't sleep anyway so I grabbed my camera and went upstair to the deck to get this photo.

lately

Here are some of my recent flower pictures. I took the first two while waiting for the couple to switch outfits on Friday. The last one I took at home last weekend. I've been doing so many more photo shoots lately it's great! I'm trying to only take on a few at a time so that I will still have time to study.
Saturday night a friend asked me to take picture's of him purposing.  I'll give all the details with picture's later. It was so much fun.

This weekend I had so much fun. I was outside as much as I could be. My roommate's are the greatest. This semester is my favorite so far. We get less sleep because we just want to talk all of the time;) I love going to the park and playing catch, frisbee, and swinging on the swings. Summer is the greatest!

Monkey Rock Engagements

I loved taking these engagments! This couple is so awesome! They were so willing to do whatever I asked. They even had the idea to go above the waterfall! Some of these images are my favorite pictures I've ever taken. They chose this location and I was so happy! I'd never been to it before. I was smiling all night after I took these. This is what I want to do.
