#58 "The better to see you with my dear"

I have had to wear glasses since I was about 10. I hate having to wear them. When I became a teenager, I switched to contacts. Until about 2 years ago when they told me I couldn't wear them anymore. I had worn them for so many years I had mishaped my cornea, and I was at the age where I needed bifocals anyway. Today I went for my eye exam, and then the lovely chore of picking out some new glasses. All I kept thinking was it really sucks to have to pick out something I really don't want anyway. It didn't help matters that there was this old guy there that kept crop dusting the place! It was awful! About the 4th time I just said "Good lord, someone needs to go outside." Some People! Oh well, they will be ready in a few weeks and I will be seeing better than ever! Here's looking at you kid!
