Wow it's been a crazy month of June! It's just flying by. I'm going to work my way back from now to the beginning of June.
We have spent most of our June at either baseball practice or baseball games. The 3 boys have been in it and it has been great. They just had their last game last night and they all did great. Both Tyce and Kanyon got a hit (with it being pitched to them) and Keyne is getting better at hitting the ball off the tee. Games were either an hour or an hour and half away, so it took lots of time.
Here a few pictures of the game last night.
Kanyon got a great hit, made it to first base and got a RBI!
Tyce and Keyne are in t-ball, Terry pitched to Tyce and he hit it. He was so excited!
Keyne is seriously so cute to watch play! He's so little!
Last week we had Terry's birthday. It was very low key. I bought he a couple of shirts for work and then gave him a $100 amazon gift card. When I give him money he doesn't buy anything for himself, so this time I gave him something that he had to spend and couldn't just stay in the bank. So we found him a great pair of cowboy boots to wear when he has to go out and do things on the ranch.
We did have a family over for dinner and cupcakes. We were all so exhausted from a busy week that we weren't too lively.
This past week we went to my first branding. Kanyon, Tyce and Terry have been to more. The kids had a lot of fun. They loved riding on the horse. I'm so glad that they get to do fun things like that. Terry went to another branding and actually worked. He got to brand, ride and rope the calves, wrestle and give the shots.
This cute little guy is now 2 months old and smiling all the time! He's so fun! The kids love that he will actually look at them and try to talk back. He still has all of his hair (yay!!) and is getting out of the newborn stage and sleeping a little better. He gives me a stretch from around 9pm to 2 or 3am, so that's nice.
We are doing a lot of traveling this summer. We headed down to Garden City to see all of our friends there. We still really miss it there.
Terry went down to Oklahoma for a 4 very long days. It was hard being on my own for the 4 days, they kids were awful and I was exhausted. And to top it off, at the end of the week, Keyne slammed the car down onto my hand. Not sure if it broke my finger, but it got super swollen and two weeks later I still can't bend it all the way.
On our first bike ride of the season, Tyce fell and the bike ran over his arm. We took him to instacare and they put a temporary sling on it. They didn't think it was broken but didn't know because of the swelling.
And that pretty much sums up our month. It's been crazy that's for sure. This weekend we are off to go to the family reunion on my side of the family in Missouri. I am super excited! Several people haven't even met Tasyn and of course no one has met Koy.
