A couple of weeks ago we finally moved Tasyn to her own room and into a crib. She is doing really well in there. It's nice to have her in her own room, she seems to go to bed earlier now. She still isn't sleeping through the night. She wakes up once or twice, but I'm used to it so it's not that big of deal to me.
Here's Tasyn in her crib, she looks so little in it!
Now that Tasyn is in the crib, that means that Keyne is in a toddler bed. I wish that I could say that he's doing really good in it and that he goes to sleep right away. But I can't. I usually have to lay in bed with him for about 10 minutes to get him to go to sleep and then in the middle of the night he sometimes wakes up and comes up to our room. Because he is now in a bed, he doesn't take a nap anymore. This is really hard for me. I need that time because he doesn't do much of a quiet time. No break from Keyne definitely makes my day much longer and more stressful. Somedays he'll take a nap on the couch watching a movie, but not very often.
I can't control this kid. He is everywhere. If he wants a binkie and can't find his, he'll climb into Tasyn's crib (while she is sleeping) and take hers. He likes to get into her carseat, while she is in it. He likes to try to jump over her but really just steps on her. He always dumping water or juice on the ground. He likes to turn on the dishwasher with no dishes in it. I could go on, but I'm going to stop there.
Here's Keyne in his big boy bed
In other news, I finally got a new calling in our ward. I am the ward information and bulletin board specialist. Sounds pretty important, huh? Well it's nothing special. I'm in charge of doing a bulletin board outside the chapel and then I do a blog with announcements and changes in the ward. The funny thing is, in the past 5 callings that I have had 4 of them I have had to decorate a bulletin board. This is the second calling that I have gotten that the main part of the calling is the bulletin board. I can't complain though, it's pretty easy to do :)
