My Baby is ONE!
My little Koy Boy is one!!! It's crazy that he is already that old. He's so much fun and full of so much personality! He is a very vocal boy and always has been. He talks all the time. He also loves to sing and dance. He is starting to play more with the kids, he'll go into Tasyn's room and they will have tea parties together or they will just play. He is also a very cautious baby, he goes at his own pace. He isn't walking yet because he's content with crawling. He's pretty small. He is only 16 lbs 15 oz (under 5%) and 28 1/2 inches (under 10%).
We had a little party for him with just our family. Since his birthday was the day after Easter, we didn't want to deal with people's schedules and all. It was very laid back (not like me at all) and we really didn't do much. We had chicken nuggets and fries for dinner and then cupcakes and ice cream.
He loved the cupcakes and got much messier than this picture. He had to take a bath afterwards.
We then had a dance party. He loves to dance! Look at this awesome move.
He got a few presents. We bought him shoes. He's not sure about them.
Here he is at his birth minute, 11:48 pm.

Our New Adventure
We have some news to share, so big news to share!! At the end of May, we will be moving to Kennewick, Washington! We got our "dream" job within the company and we are very excited about it. Out of all the locations in the company, this is by far my favorite one. It's the one that is closest to my family (only 4 hours away) and the size of the Tri Cities are just perfect for us. There is all the shopping that we need, there is a temple there and Terry's office is in town so he has no commute.
Oh and another thing.... WE ARE BUYING OUR DREAM HOUSE!!
While I was in Boise, I went up to Kennewick with my parents to check it out and to go house hunting. It was a lot of fun and we found lots of good houses. Going in I knew that I loved this house and that there would have to be some major problems with it for me not to buy it. It is just great. Built in 2010, 2800 sq ft, 4 beds and 2.75 bath with a big bonus room that will be used as a bedroom.
One of my favorite thing about the house is the entry. I like houses that have an entry way so you don't just walked into the living room or kitchen. This one is two story.
My Dad loved the garage, as you can tell by his dancing in it :). It's two car but is very deep, so it's technically a 3 car garage. Plus it has shelves for storage.
I'm a sucker for pretty tile. This is the tile in the entry way.
The kitchen isn't huge but it's very functional and updated. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a bar that is big enough to put all 5 kids on it. That was a must for me. Plus a corner pantry :).
The master suite is huge, with crown molding and double door entry. The bathroom is great too, big bathtub and separate shower.
And a nice big walk in closet. It will fit all of my clothes, maybe I'll even share it with Terry.
Cute 3/4 bath off the entry, with bead board. I love all the nice finishes in the house.
Big Backyard with nice patio and a line for gas to hook up the BBQ.
I'm really excited about the house, can you tell? I've always wanted to live in a nice neighborhood and community like this. I'm getting everything that I want in a house, all the bedrooms are upstairs. I still get my craft room, a formal living room and family room. Plus an updated kitchen that is open to the main floor.
We will move at the end of May. The kids get out of school on the 16th, so we will pack up the house and move probably Memorial Day weekend. We are very excited to be able to get settled down and stay in a place for longer than a couple years and hopefully not move for a very long time!

A quick update...
Wow, it's been awhile since I've been on this blog and updated it. Let's just say that my other blog kinda starts over my life and whenever I sit write down to write a post, I of course write one for my craft blog. Deadlines come and there are a lot of things that I HAVE to do for that blog, so this one has struggled. Luckily I at least stay up with Facebook.
We have had 4 birthdays since the last time I posted.
Tyce is now 7. He turned 7 at the end of November. We were in Gillette with Terry's parent's house for Thanksgiving, so we had a little party there with his cousins. He loves Iron Man and anything involving super heroes. Tyce is such a sweet boy. Although he is very shy to other people, he is constantly talking and being loud at our house. He has a GREAT sense of humor and loves to joke around. He has the best laugh too. Right now he is obsessed with Iron Man, Legos and Minecraft. He is very loving and caring, he adores Koy. Keyne and him are starting to become great friends now. Everyone loves Tyce!
Keyne turned the big 5 in January. Keyne wanted to have another train birthday party this year (he had on last year). So he got another train party and it was so much fun! We love trains at our house.
I turned 30 in February. Yup, I'm officially old :). For the week before my birthday I went up to Boise (that's why my parents are and 4 of my siblings) and had a fun filled week with just Koy. It was amazing and I loved every single of it!! I wish that I could do that all the time. We went shopping, we stayed up late, we talked, we played and I only had to worry about one other person beside myself :).
Kanyon turned 9 in March.
Kanyon is amazing boy, very smart and very friendly. He is becoming very independent and more responsible He is very helpful with Koy and the other kids. It's amazing when we go to things in town, EVERYONE knows Kanyon. And I mean everyone, the kids, the adults, the teachers. I guess that's one perk of living in a community of about 400 people.
Tasyn is in preschool this semester. She started in January and goes once a week with Keyne. It's wonderful to have a day that I just have one kid at home for a couple hours! She is a talker and a thinker. She's so funny, the things that she says. She is definitely a girl and much different than the boys.
And Koy will be 1 this month!! It's crazy to think that he's that old. He's so much fun. Such a sweet and easy baby. He is starting to play with the other kids so that is great. He's acting more like a toddler than a baby, it's crazy. He's finally starting to get teeth. The top ones are coming through and the bottom two are starting.

Koy Boy is 7 months
My little Koy Boy is 7 months and he is SO MUCH FUN!! I love this cute boy. He is so happy is such a good little boy. He will just lay on the ground with a binkie, blanket and toys and will be content for a good hour. I love that I can just look at him and he will give me the biggest smile :). He is still rolling over like crazy and sitting up but not for long periods of time. Here are a few pictures of him. Enjoy those big blue eyes!
Classic Koy smile with the scrunched nose
Tasyn Turns 3
My little girl is now 3!!!! She is so much fun! I can't believe it. Tasyn is full of energy and personality. She is constantly talking and saying whatever is on her mind. She likes to talk to herself and pretend lots (much more than the boys did). She loves to be with Mom and Dad but she also loves to play with her brothers. She is constantly going too, very busy and being loud. She adores our cat Jumper and Koy. She is a good big sister and is very helpful with him. She is turning into a pretty little girl and is acting so much more grown up. Hopefully in January she will be going to school with Keyne :).
Her favorite color is purple, so we had a all purple party while we were in Utah. We had fun with the cousins.
Here are all the kids, 10 of them under 9. It was a crazy week for busy kids.
The one game we played was pin the ribbon on the balloon.
Then we opened presents. She got some things for her kitchen and a cash register.
Then we had a fun purple cake.
Halloween 2013
How can I not post about Halloween?? It's one of my favorite holidays! Of course we had a family theme this year, we were the Gardner Avengers!!
We had a fun night and the kids had fun dressing up! We went to the little town and went trick or treating and then came home and enjoyed the candy. This is the first Halloween in my life that I haven't eaten candy (I've given it up to lose the baby weight).
So here are the pictures:
Thor
Iron Man
Captain America
Hawkeye. It took some convincing to get him to be Hawkeye, we bought this awesome bow and arrow and told him that he had to be Hawkeye to get it. He wanted to be Iron Man like Tyce (which he was for school).
Hulk (the cutest Hulk ever!)
And here's the group. Black Widow and Agent Coulson too

Family Pictures 2013
I have been wanting to do family pictures for awhile now. I have been waiting until I got my braces off and to lose the baby weight. I got the braces off but the weight is still on.... but I decided to do it anyway, before it got too cold and miserable.
Last Saturday we were at the store and I found some cute polos for the boys and so I thought it would be a good time to get clothes for everyone for family pictures. I wasn't planning on doing it this soon but I found clothes and the wind and weather was nice, so we picked a day and went with it. The funny thing was that I hadn't even showered that day.... We just threw everything together last minute but I think that they still turned out nice.
So here are our family pictures for 2013:
The boys
The girls
I decided to do it by a windmill because here in the Sandhills, it's windmill country
The kids. Love these cute kids!
