Chic of the Week #707

We had a wonderful response to the CAS Week challenge and I want to thank everyone for their entries.  It made it difficult to pick a winner but I have one to announce.

You are the winner of this week's challenge.  I love the elegant and classic black and gold of your beautiful Christmas card.  Unfortunately all the winner's badges were lost on a team member's crashed computer so we don't have one to offer you for your sidebar. 

The team is taking the month of December off.  We hope you will join us on January 4 for a new challenge date and a few other changes.  We appreciate all of your support in 2023.

Chic of the Week #706 Photo/Moodboard Week

Hello again cardmakers! What a nice festive gallery we had this week with your beautiful creations inspired by the moodboard. What a great variety of cards resulting from what was offered in the photo. Thank you for taking the time to design something for our challenge. I have so many favorites this week! The card I ultimately chose as the winner is by...Fran!

I just love the texture of that frosting (see her blog for what she used to make it) as well as the inspiration she took from the moodboard. That patterned paper is so perfect as the background and the twine adds to the holiday birthday theme. And check out the inside of this card where she carried on the theme from the outside! Congrats Fran!
