My siblings and I decided to take our kids to the Easter Egg Hunt at the Rec Center. Sadly, it was THE most GHETTO Easter Egg Hunt I have ever seen. And they made us pay them $1.00 per kid! Ridiculous! There were probably 100 kids roped into this tiny square with about 10 pieces of candy (I may be exaggerating but I did not see one piece so who knows how many pieces there were). It lasted probably 30 seconds, tops, and I would guess that maybe 10 kids got any candy. You better believe we got our money back because we didn't even get a glimpse of any candy let alone put any in our baskets! We decided to have our own little Easter Egg Hunt at my sister Wendy's house so that's just what we did! After eating lunch at Joy Luck for my brother's birthday, Happy Birthday Handsome!, we went and got some candy for the hunt!
Mac fell asleep after lunch and had a hard time waking up.
Let the race begin!

Mac needed a little help since he'd just woken up but once he got the idea, he loved it!
Look at him go!

Holidays with kids are the best! They make everything even more fun that it already is!
Happy Easter!
