home early. its nice to be home, just relaxing after a days heavy load of work. another consolation for today: non-working holiday topmorrow! (TGIHT) yey! ayah & i are scheduled to do movie marathon in SM San Fernando. far, eh? well, i have to pay my dad a visit and at the same time take the wonderful opportunity to be back at my adolescent home town: Pampanga.

i'm still looking forward to a longer vaction by end-month. Ayah's family, together with my mom and i will be going to Pagsanjan. i will be attending Aiza's nuptial as a secondary sponsor in a nearby town, Sta. Cruz, so we took the time to file a 2-day VL on the 30th and the 31st so we could enjoy a longer holiday all together. we might drop by Tagaytay by the first of November before coming back home here in Rizal.

i have exchanged emails with my sister last week. too much stories to catch up with and yet we have so little time. i'm so looking forward to see ALL OF THEM (my sister, bro-in=law, and the 3 kids) next year.

i managed to spend at the minimum today and it feels good at the end of the day. unintentional though, for the reason that i have left my wallet here at home. good thing i have my drivers license in the van, 50-peso bill in my coin purse, and a few 10-peso coin in the same purse amounting to 60 pesos. i had over a hundred pesos to spend for my lunch this noon and it was all good. i didn't bother to spend for snack and other things for the prime reason that i don't have enough to spend for.

anyway, before i call it a day i'd just like to post a tag by a good friend Adashki who thinks i have a handful of time in my hand to spend in blogging. hehehe... here goes:

1. How often do you blog? Not as often as last year, i guess. (i don't know if it is a good thing, hehe)

6. Have you ever been awake for 48 hours straight? Back in college (gaya ni Adashki), when I had an OJT the whole day, location shooting at night, and a 21-unit class to attend to the next day, plus another location shooting the same night.

8. What’s your favorite alcoholic drink? green cross, citrous.

9. Do you believe in heaven and hell as a real place that each of us will go to after death? "so it shall be written, so it shall be done."

10. Do you find that you have more online friends than offline friends? nearly. but good thing is, those online frineds of mine have now become my real friends. right, Adashki? ;)

11. What was your favorite subject in school? Theology. Lagi kong kaaway teacher ko. wahehehe...

12. Are you a perfectionist? a bit.

13. Do you spend more than you can afford? no.

14. Is it better to have loved and lost than never to have loved before? ano ba 'to, parang slumbook question naman. sige na nga, yes. it is better to have applied for a managerial position and rejected than stayed as a messenger forever.

15. Do you consider yourself creative? I guess. people tend to like my ideas. thing is, i haven't created anything yet. :p

16. Do you give yourself the credit you deserve? I should, right? but no, i don't.

17. Do you donate time or money to charities? Not really.

18. Have you recently done something that you’ve criticized others for doing? by joking sarcastically, yes. it's good. it makes me feel so evil. hahaha

had a very tiring day at work, but a very relaxing time with Ayah. after work, we had dinner together at Greenwich then watched the movie Employee Of The Month. just a bit of unwinding from a hectic days work.

...i am gonna be. today officially marks the first day of our trade promo for our pills products and since last week i already have pending purchase orders coming from the sub-distributors. i need to be at-phase with the following: distributors ordering, number of orders, frequency of orders, % to target monitoring in terms of revenue and CYP, and other matter. i am hoping to have a new guy, rather, lady in my department so somebody would be assisting me with all the things i'm doing, and at the same time pinch-hit when i'm not around. wow. pag nagkataon, pwede nang magkasakit. hehe..

Ayah & i had dinner together at Red Ribbon after i fetched her from their KADIWA Date. Red Ribbon's new cake tastes real good. It's Choco Marjolaine.

just got home

mula pa kaninang alas-8 ng gabi eh nakapila na ako sa kahabaan ng Ortigas Extension (galing Taytay) para umuwi. hindi umuusad ang daloy ng trapiko. mas mainam yatang sabihin: hindi dumadaloy ang trapiko. hmm... pwede na rin palang sabihin na usad-pagong ang daloy ng trapiko at walang mapuntahan ang mga sasakyan. ayon sa mga nakakasalubong na motorista, malalim ang tubig at hindi maaaring daanan. saan? sa may bandang Don Mariano pa lang. at salu-salubong na raw ang mga sasakyan kaya lalong walang pagsulong ang mga ito. pagtalas sa kaunting baha sa may Valley Golf, sumunod ako sa 'counter flow' at naghintay ng mga susunod na dadatnan ko sa kalsada. pasado alas-9 na. kumabig na pabalik ang Sarao jeepney na nasa unahan ko kaya bago pa man sya lubusang makakabig eh kumabig na rin ako pabalik. minabuti ko munang magkarga ng krudo at kumain at magpalipas ng oras sa Tropical Hut sa may Singer. katext ko na si inay. hihintayin nya raw ako sa may Select dun sa bungad ng subdivision namin. marami na rin daw naka-parada sa Shell at di makapasok sa looban.

habang papatapos na ko sa pagkain, tumawag si Raddyman. kasama nya si Pok sa Taytay at nakita raw nila ako. Sinundan nila ako sa Tropical at pinakain ko silang dalawa. kawawa namang mga bata. nagpasya kaming maghintay ng kaunti, at muling tinahak ang Ortigas Extension patungong Junction. Hanggang Valley Golf lang kami dahil lubog pa rin at di pa makadaan ang mga sasakyan. mag-a-alas-11 na. tumabi kami at doon nagpalipas pa ng ilang oras. mag-a-alas-12 nang subukan namin muling tunguhin ang Junction. opss.. hanggang Brookside lang kami at hindi pa rin madaanan daw ang Bayanihan. Bumwelta kami at bumalik sa Tropical. Dun na kami maghihintay ng oras. Nagtext ako kay inay at sinabing dun na kami kukuha ng tulog sa sasakyan habang nagpapatila ng baha. Tantsa ko eh mga alas-4 kami makakauwi pero alas-3 pa lang, tinawagan na ako ni inay. pwede na siguro" ang wika niya. eh di sige, gumising kaming tatlo at buong tapang na tinahak at nilusong ang baha sa Bayanihan. nakita ko pa si CJ sa kabilang lane sa may bandang Park Place at nakatigil lang ang mga sasakyan nila, nag-iisip kung lulusong ba sa Bayanihan. Tinawag ko sya pero di nya ko narinig. tinext ko na lang sya: "dude, dyan ka na til sun up. muwahahaha!"
pagdating sa Shell, tama si inay. parang fiesta sa dami ng tao. halos wala nang maparadahan at naka-ayos ang mga sasakyan. gayunpaman, ayoko nang magtagal doon at uwing-uwi na ko kanina pa. nagsakay pa kami ng ilang mga tao papasok at buong tapang (muli) na nilusob naman ang baha sa loob ng subdivision. awa ng Diyos, payapa kaming nakauwi lahat.
