Pretty Pink Posh - November Release Blog Hop!

Hello Everyone, Welcome to Day 1 Pretty Pink Posh November Release Blog Hop!
I am so happy with all the new sets from this release, don't you? If you have not gotten your set you can click HERE to find the new products.

For this first project I created a simple to multiply holiday cards using the positive and the negative of the die-cut :)

To begin, I first cut the smaller frame from the Scallop Frame dies 4 times and adhered them on top of the other to give that thickness that I love. Although you can also use foam tape to save time.

Next, I stamped the tree, the mug, bough, and the smoke image from the mug are from the Winter Friends stamp set with the Winter Friends Coordinating dies. Then adhered them together to finish the cards.

For the dots that you see, they are just liquid pearls that I have not used for a long time.

For my next card, I used the new Holiday Pals stamp set and Holiday Pals Coordinating dies.

To begin I first die-cut the large scallop frame from Scallop Frame dies,  I also cut 4 times to created a dimension without using foam dots. Next, I distressed one of the A2 cardstock to create that sky look in the winter season.

Next, I stamped the critters and trees on a watercolor paper, then watercolored each one, once dry I die-cut each one using the coordinating stamp set.

Next, I added the sentiment and the snow image also from the same frame. I also added some liquid pearls to give that snowy look. To finish off the card I added some gold stickles for shine.

I hope you guys enjoyed!

Pretty Pink Posh - October Blog Hop!

Hello Everyone welcome to Pretty Pink Posh October 2015 Blog Hop!

To begin my first project, I first die-cut the new Storybook 2 dies and used it as a guide to cut my card base. Then I watercolor a separate watercolor color paper for the background, then cut the same size as the storybook 2.

Next, I stamped the boughs image from Wplus9 Holiday Boughs stamp set using the new Hero Arts Ombre Lime to Forever Green. The pine cone from the stamp set was stamped with Wplus9 Coconut Husk Dye Ink.

Next, the sentiment was gold heat embossed and added the die-cut trees from the Wplus9 Heartfelt Holiday. To finish off the card I added some PPP Lime Sorbet sequins.

For my next, card I used the new PPP Mini Tags dies (circle tag) to make my watercolor ornaments.

To begin, I first die-cut the circle die 3 times and I added some watercolored flowers and leaves on them. Of course if you don't want to watercolor them, you can also use some of your small images stamps that you already have on hand, which will work perfectly as well :).

Next, I stamped the sentiment from Wplus9 Christmas Greetings stamp set, which was heat embossed with Liquid Platinum Embossing powder by Ranger.

Next, I splatter the background with gold watercolor paint, let it dry. Then I mark my lines using my pencil at adhered the ornaments with foam tape.

Next, I added some PPP Sparkling Clear for more sparkle. Then added some die-cut bows from the past PPP released Twine and Bow dies to finish off the card.

I hope you guys enjoyed!

Pretty Pink Posh - May Release Blog Hop!

Hello Everyone, Welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh 2015 May Blog Hop.
You should have arrived from Yoonsun's blog.

There's a lot of products are being showcased right now we hope you enjoy every stop :).

For my first project I used the (double stitched die) from Stitched Borders 3 dies and the (banner and the round die) from Stitched Banner Duo 2 dies. I also added the new Gorgeous sequins mix this month called Enchanted Garden Sequins Mix in 4mm and 6mm.

First I die-cut the gold and black washi on a piece of cardstock using the double stitched die from the Stitched Borders 3 dies and adhered on the side of my card base. Next, I adhered the flower panel that I watercolored. Then adhere the banner from the Stitched Banner Duo 2 dies.

Next, I added the circle die-cut that I watercolored from the Stitched Banner Duo 2 dies to matched the color scheme :) and adhered it on top of the banner. The "Beyoutiful"sentiment die were from the Ellen Hutson Spring 2015 released called Beyoutiful. and the gold bow was die-cut from the old released from My Favorite Things Die-namics Dainty Bows.

To finish of the card I added some of the sequins mix from Enchanted Garden Sequins Mix in 4mm and 6mm.

For this second card, I used the new pretty scallop die from the Stitched Borders 3 dies to create some clouds for the scene :). Before adhering scallop die-cut they were distressed first using the Peackock Feather from Ranger then adhered with foam tape.

Once the clouds "scallop" were adhered. I then adhered the balloon (the string were just hand drawn) from the Essentials by Ellen Wish Big stamp set after coloring it with copic markers. Then adhered some gorgeous Iridescent sequins in Strawberry Burst 6mm, Pink Blush, Pink Peonies, Lime Sorbet,  and Large Gold Confetti Stars

The top panel of the card front were distressed in Peacock Feather and the bottom of the card were distressed in Crushed Olive by Ranger. Then I added the PPP Picket Fence die at bottom of the card panel and added the hippo, the bird from the Essentials by Ellen in Wish Big stamp set.

The hippo and bird were colored with copics but for the hippo I also added some white dots using the white gel pen to define his looks :). I also used the new green Iridescent sequins in Peridot Mist which is really pretty in real life. A gorgeous addition to make your grass add a little sparkle :).

The sentiment were also from the same set Wish Big stamp set.

I hope  you guys enjoyed!

Happy 4th Anniversary - Blog Hop

Hello Everyone...this month is a very special month for CASE Study, because it marks the 4th year Anniversary for this Fabulous Challenge Blog that we all love to participate in.
Iwona or AKA Chupa the creator behind the scenes of this Amazing Challenge blog have prepared some Blog Hop, Prizes, and Challenges specifically for this month. Lots of inspiration I might say :)

I got my inspiration from Pinterest, you guys know how I love to play with watercolor :).

For my card I also did a watercolor for my wildflowers.

To begin, I first drew an outline using the pointy tip of the Distress Marker (not the brush) to create the images, then watercolor in. I added more flower in the end and splattering.

I also added some splatters inside the card with the sentiment "Hope you're feeling better soon".
I also used the Pretty Pink Posh curved stitched die from Stitched Borders 1 Dies. I then added some watercolor flower using the same technique above, drawing my outline first then watercolor the image.

The sentiments are from Wplus9 Blanket Stitched Blooms.

Here's the full card, I added some splatters again using distress ink after diluting the water on my heat mat.
I then finish it off with some sequins from Pretty Pink Posh in Marigold 4mm & 6mm.

I hoped you guys enjoyed!
