Good Morning and a Happy New Year to you all.
I hope you all had a great Christmas and New Year.

We had a great time spending it with family and friends.
Hayden only had one meltdown on Christmas day which was good.

So this morning is the first day back at Nursery after the holidays, how many of you didn't sleep? Slept in? lol.

So this is the first challenge of the New Year for TTPH

And to make it an easy one it's Anything Goes with a twist of an Aurora Wings image.

so as you can guess our sponsor is Mitzi for this week.

So here is my inspiration for you all

It is a DL card.

I got Deadly Nightshade to use.

I have coloured her using my Sakura Aquarel watercolour pencils for the first time.

The sentiment is from Lily of the Valley

Flowers are from my stash ( Petal Lu, Wild Orchid Crafts)

Image is backed on to Centura Pearl and purple cardstock

First sample for CraftyHands DT

Good Morning folks

Well as you know i have been accepted on to the CraftyHands design team.

So as it's Friday that means only one thing it is time for a new challenge over on the blog

This fortnight's challenge is 'Anything Goes'

This is the prize you could win

So this is my first sample for the design team. I am currently waiting for my card payment terminal arriving so decided to make myself a receipt book i can take with me to fairs.
I just love the Gorjuss range and have some of last years releases and have recently purchased some of the new range that has just came out.

The book is made using elements from both.
And is 8"x8" in size.

All the papers, decoupage and single photo's are from the a4 ultimate kits of both years.

The front page has papers from the kit and features 'New Heights' decoupage.

Page 2 has papers from the kit matted with silver mirror card

I have made a pocket with the leftover paper and have added toppers from the kit (all matted onto silver mirror card

Page 3 has papers from the kit, a pocket with leftover paper matted onto silver mirror card.

'The Pretend Friend' decoupage

a close up of the decoupage

Page 4 has papers from last years kit, decoupage from the new kit out now (can't find a name for her). :(

I have only made up 4 pages just now as will add more as i need them.

This is joined together with rings which i brightened up with some scraps of ribbon.
