Its Friday Whoo

Hiya Everyone, Hope you are all doing ok. Its another dull wet day here, I have a fair this afternoon hopefully its inside lol. Not much else happening here, my house is screaming out to be cleaned, my ironing pile is screaming out for attention and I know I have to do both over the weekend, deep joy!

Anyways...

I have been seeing some of these gorgeous images from MayzyArt around blogland and thought I needed a few! lol, so a few is what I got! 

This gorgeous girl is called Abeba and she was a joy to colour up!

I coloured her up with copics, had to use a diff combo to my norm for her skin as my norm has run out ooopsie, but I really like this combo much better it has a richer feel to it. The papers are doodlebug, the sentiment is from su, the ribbon from my stash and the pearls and charm from Inky Impressions.

The current theme over on the MayzyArt Challenge is Black, I use black card stock (or kraft) on nearly all my cards, and black ribbon lol, I cant get enough of either of them, I especially like black on Christmas Cards too, lol, so I will enter this sweetie in over there :)

Its a Celebration

Hiya Everyone, WHOOOOOO the sun is out, and as I type this I am sat in me garden, Happy Days, not hot yet but there is no rain :) the snails are out in force today too eeeek, ugh, not my fave creatures!

Got an appt later and need to get a few things straight. The LA have decided against our decision for Niall and Schooling, so now we have to fight the decision, I feel so much stress at the moment as I just dont know which way to turn, All I want is the best education my Son can access with the correct setting and support, surely thats not too much to ask for, but it is, sigh, really unhappy, and really need someone to take it all out my hands and know whats best, sometimes its so hard being Mum, as you have got to get it right and I am so worried about getting it wrong for him, he deserves better, but I will fight for him, he is my baby.

Anyways.....

Farewell Pollycraft

Hiya Everyone, Another glorious day here, we waved our Syds off on her School Journey I had a huge knot in my belly :( but I am sure she will have a fantastic time, I am going to miss her so much, roll on Thursday. I think it affected Niall too as he was not happy going to school today, shoes came off and stubborness kicked in :( hate to see him like that but I got my stern voice on and told him if he throws his shoes in the bin he has no school shoes! he soon put them on!. Hubby has booked in another 2 fayres so I need to make make make this next week or so, gees, my poor housework!

Anyways....

It is with GREAT SADNESS  that Paula has announced the closure of the Pollycraft Challenge Blog, as you all know the Pollycraft Shop is due to close on JUNE 8TH 2012, So it makes sense to close the Challenge Blog too, We as a DT 100% support Paula in her decision and although Sad we are so Thankful to have had such a lovely boss and a chance to work with some fabulous people and gorgeous Images, I just want to Thank Paula for having me and my teamies for being AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On to me Card

Well today I dont have a card I have a Pop Pop Popcorn Box to share

Its my turn to post over on the Inky Impressions Inspiration Blog Today and I decided to make up this cute little Popcorn box, gosh I LOVE it, I used my cricut, a cartridge I got from the lovely Emma.

I used the fabulous Lili's Slumber Party stamp and I stamped her directly on to napkins, I kept the box light on embellishments as kiddies, eating and small bits are no mix lol, the Popcorn lettering I cut on my cricut, the ovals are nesties, some ribbon and some card candy.

I did enjoy that Popcorn too!!! I never used to like Popcorn its only in the last year or so I can munch it, and when I start I dont stop till the bag is gone oooooops

Inky Impressions Challenge

Hiya Everyone, oh gosh I am all out of sorts today, thought I had an appt, rang up to cancel because our nephew had a little accident today and Mart was gonna go get him, they said no no appt today, I said whats the date she said the 9th, I said oh ok rofl, its not till tomorrow, gees, least I made someone laugh before 9am hahaha. 

We got a little Kitten yesterday, I am so stupidly excited, the worst thing I ever did was let Scoopy go when I fell pregnant with Ella, we are not sure if its a boy or girl yet, but Niall has named her Puffle, we wanted to call her Rum, as she is black and white, will post some piccys soon, I want her to settle before I start flashing my camera at her.

April Showers

Hiya Everyone, Hope you all doing ok, Friday WHOOPIE!

Today I have a just because card to share with you, using an image from one of my latest addictions Sassy Cheryls lol, I should go on a stash ban but I know I would break it every time for these cuties! Maybe I should go on a ban for everything else but these?! that would work, would it?!

Happy Tuesday

Hiya, Hope you are all doing ok :) The weather is bright but a little cooler here, I cant believe some places are having snow?! thats mad! Stay Safe if you have snow.

My Niall was so happy yesterday when we collected him from school early, I got him to do his 1 x tables and some spellings, which was a HUGE achievement for him, and he knows today its the 2 x tables turn, I will be ok teaching him until we get to the 6 x tables then daddy will have to take over lol :)

I have my gorgeous nephew coming over today, whoooooopie I love spending time with him :) he is off with his mummy to Turkey for 2 months this weekend :( I am gonna miss him MUCH :(((((((((((((((

 I think I got carried away with the amount of Inky Impressions Images I used on this, but they were too cute not too! The bunting is cut from a SU punch, the lettering on my cricut. I coloured all images with copics and promarkers. The flowers are Wild Orchid and the pearls and charm from Inky Impressions.
