So Berry - Red White and Blue

Happy Sunday Morning!

I am stopping by with a super fast post to remind you to play along in

I created this card using our Fresh Brewed Designs Rubber Stamp: 

STRAWBERRY CUPCAKE CUTIE 

I used the Splitcoaststampers Sketch #541 

( SC541 )

 ALL and I mean ALL of the papers were found floating

around in my HUGE scrap box. I have NO IDEA

what the names of ANY of them are.

I DO know that I colored this image with copic and prismacolor markers :)

I then fussy cut her out and layered her onto the card base with foam squares. 

VOILA, a sweet little card was made. 

I think I will go pick some strawberries next week and surprise someone

with a card and a basket full of sweet berry goodness, 

much like this STRAWBERRY CUPCAKE CUTIE is doing. :)

Freshly Brewed Challenge May 20-26 ~ Red White and Blue

This week at Freshly Brewed Challenges, 

we are challenging you to create something using the colors RED WHITE AND BLUE.

Here is a card I created using Cutie Bug Flag

and a computer generated sentiment

The card base is a light blue PTI cardstock, the star paper is by Making Memories: Just Chillin paper pack, and the rest of the papers were all found in my scrap pile

I used a white gel pen to draw dots around the card and a red shimmer pen to draw 

on the red stripes on the flag. They didn't turn out the way I wanted. More of a pink -

silver shimmer than the bold red they were before... but whatcha gonna do?!? :)
