Birthday Windmill

This fun little windmill was made using a punch from the new Stampin' Up! catalogue. Very simply made by punching out four of the plain sided pennants, and then curling them and sticking to a little circle. Another circle with a brad stuck on the top to finish before sticking the whole thing to a wooden cocktail stick. More punched pennants along the bottom of the card. The lovely cheerful bright paper is also new.
