My Soap Box in a quote!

The more I learn about food, the more I experience the effects of food, the more I come to respect how powerful it can be in our lives.  

I found this quote the other day and it perfectly summarizes all the ramblings of my food/health soapbox!!  

This I found and just love.. I think I'll plan to get a large print of this and put it in my kitchen somewhere! (Once I get my own kitchen again that is!!)
