it was a very good day.
the morning creek run was followed by pancakes at grandma peterson's and lots of playing with cousins. outside. in the 80 degree sunshine and fresh air breeze.
then a proper sunday dinner consisting of roast, mashed potatoes, and the like topped off with the shumway traditional pudding and ice cream.
the only problem was our stay at nana's cozy little cabin was much too short-just one night.
hardly enough to satisfy us.
we'll be back soon.
