It was my youngest brother's birthday last thursday. He treated us to dinner at Heaven N' Eggs in Trinoma. The food was great! Plus they gave us complimentary waffles and nachos. Yummy! We had coffee at Figaro after dinner to cap the night off.
To my Bro, Happy, Happy Birthday! Thanks for a wonderful dinner! I wish you all the best in life. Take Care always because you know how much I freak out when you're sick and when you are not home yet! Even if you're in your early twenties now, you're still my baby brother! Remember that ok? Love you, 'toy!

Our mother company, EDC, celebrated it's 25th anniversary last June 19 with a grand dinner at the Wack-Wack Golf & Country Club. The invitation strictly requested all guests to come in their formal attire. So, formal we did! Here are some of our pics:

I have been watching a lot of T.V. last weekend and among the channels I got hooked was sports channel such as ESPN and Star Sports. I am not a sports enthusiast really except maybe for Formula one and tennis, but lately, I have a sudden interest on baseball and football. One of my favorite movie is Bend it like Beckham and love for football (or soccer) is very much the essence of the movie. I don't know how to play the game but I love watching the players do their best just to get that ball into the goal. I want to learn more about it that's why i've been visiting sites and forums about baseball picks and free football picks. Glad I found and joined this forum that offers free nfl picks and I was able to talk with hard core fans and learn more about the game from them.

Have you ever tried Online Casinos? A lot of people are now hook on this form of Online Gambling. Though I am not much of a gambler, I have been fascinated with these Casino Games such as roulette, black jack, poker and many more. But one must be careful in choosing the right online casino. It must be one of the best and most importantly reputable as there are a lot of scams out there especially on the internet. As they say, it is better to be safe than sorry.

I will be attending a friend's wedding this saturday and until now, I still have not decided yet on what to give him as a wedding present. Hubby will be one of the principal sponsors (would you believe that?) and that makes it more hard for me in choosing the right gift. I was thinking of creating an online poll to help me get through with this. I have so many things in mind so a little help from my cyber friends will be much appreciated. I will definitely check out www.easy-poll.com - free online polls for their accurate and stable polls.

Hubby and I had a simple dinner at HEAT in Edsa Shangri-la Hotel to celebrate our 6th Wedding Anniversary. Well, what can I say but I super LVoe the buffet spreads at Heat! I think there are more than 10 sections. I had the time of my life as I was able to eat a lot of my favorite food including steak and salads. The dessert buffet is soooo yummy especially the teppanyaki ice cream. LVoe it!! It was our first time in HEAT and I think we're coming back for more. We use to go there when it was still called the Garden Cafe but now that we've tried HEAT, we love it even more!
Sorry, no picture of us because we're just too busy eating, lol.
Btw, guess who were dining also that night? It was the beautiful Lucy Torres-Gomez with her equally cute daughter, Juliana! Lucy sans makeup is really beautiful I tell you. I didn't realized she's that tall pala. Her group (she came with her two brothers) were seated next to us so imagine us making side glances while eating, hahaha.
Anyways, we went home right after dinner as we're so full already and didn't have enough space for a night cap anymore as what we originally planned.
It was a simple dinner made extra special by good food, nice conversation and celebrity sighting :)
Oh, I almost forgot, was able to take a look at what bag Lucy was carrying that night...... well, what else can it be.......... it was an LV MAHINA XXL in Grey. LVOE IT!!

A friend of mine recently got back after almost-a month from a much-needed vacation in Europe. Just saw her pictures on her multiply site and boy! how I envy her! You see, her group was able to visit a lot of european countries in a span of 20 days! Would you believe? She has gone to London, Rome, Prague, Germany, and so many other places. I asked her, "how did you do all that travelling? " And she told, "it's all about planning ahead" and she was right. Before going on the trip, she made sure that their itineraries are all set from hotel accommodations to flight schedules including Car Hire which will take them to different places. One thing my friend recommends is getting the services of reliable car hire companies, like Carrentals.co.uk, that can give you the best car hire deals you could possibly get. They have the most number of suppliers than any comparators. So the next time you need to prepare for an out of the country trip, don't forget to include car rentals from Carrentals.co.uk in your plans.

Hi all! I'm back from a very busy but fun-filled weekend. It was a busy weekend because I had a full schedule from Saturday to Monday.
Saturday - I attended my driving orientation class at A-1 last Saturday at 9:30 in the morning! Imagine that early on a saturday morning?! So it means I had to get up at around 7 to prepare for my class. Anyways, hubby enrolled me at A-1 Driving School. Finally! He agreed to let me "go" and do my own driving, yipee! yey! You may ask why the sudden change of mind? Well, you see there's been a development lately in terms of hubby's career. He's recently been invited to join a real estate company who's into high-rise building development. The offer I must say is quite good that's why he decided to give it a try. Since it's been his plan naman to join or engage in a work that is related to high rise development. So, with his Dad's blessing, he temporarily left his "comfort zone" to gain more experience in this field. I truly support this new endeavor of hubby. I wish him well and I know that he'll do good because he has lot of potentials. So, back to my driving, the reason why hubby decided that it was time for me to learn how to drive, is that he will not have the luxury of time like he used to before when he's still working with his dad. He'll have his own schedule now and may not be available all the time. And since, the company he's now with will provide him with a company car, I can now use our car all by myself. Yey! So, I started with the orientation last Saturday and my first driving lesson (actual driving) will start on June 14. So wish me luck girls!
Sunday - went home to Laguna to spend two days with my family and relatives. We went swimming and spent the night in a resort and we had a blast! It's good to be with my family. I suddenly realized how much I missed spending time with them especially my cousins. We'll post more kwentos and pictures soon. I still have to get the pics from my brother. I hope we can do this again. I had so much fun :)
Monday - it was my mom's bday and death anniversary and we have planned the yearly "padasal" in her honor in the morning. We prepared merienda for the guests and for us as well. And then spent the rest of the day, sleeping, eating, and watching t.v. Before we left for Manila, we made a visit to the memorial park where our departed loved-ones (mom, lolo and lola) were laid to rest to give our respects. I missed them all so much. Will make a separate post about my mom later. It will be my tribute to her on this special day.
That's about it muna. I hope to post more updates in the coming days and also I need to do my "assignments". Got lots of tags from you ladies! I will do them all, I promise! Thanks for always remembering me. Please do visit for more updates.
Take care everybody and have a nice week ahead :)

A friend of mine recently got back from a grand vacation in Europe. Of course, she has a lot of stories to tell as she was able to visit a lot of european countries during her trip. But one memorable experience for her was when she was in London and got the chance to try uk casino. You see, my friend has not really tried her luck in casinos but since she was already there, she decided to try her luck. She did well (that's according to her :) and her stay in London was made more exciting with this casino experience. Since she still has a "hangover" from all this, I recommended that she try out Blackpool Club since it provides the best online entertainment in UK casino, UK poker and UK bingo. The site has a lot to offer and has a wide range of excellent games including slots, roulette, blackjack, video poker, 75 ball bingo, Texas Hold’em, chat games and more. Great bonuses, like £21 free for new bingo players, and 125% deposit bonus for casino players, awaits all players and there are plenty of chances to win. My friend was glad to have known this site. I'm pretty sure she'll enjoy this site as much as she did when she was there in London.

Your Weight is Ideal |
Your BMI is 24.2 - a healthy BMI falls between 18.5 and 25 Congratulations, you are the perfect weight for your height. Even though you may not be entirely happy with your weight, you are healthy. So gain or lose a few pounds if you want, but don't go too crazy! Don't agree? Blame the government standards we based this test on! |
Totoo ba ito? I did not cheat ha! Promise! I guess I just need to continue my workouts (thanks to our HR who has been organizing free aero/yoga/cardio sessions) and concentrate on my body parts that need attention (ah hello bulging tummy, belly and love handles, you really have to go..). I'll watch na rin cguro what I eat. And lots of water! I plan to lose at least 5 pounds minimum eh. So, I think this result is a good sign, don't you think?

I'm still here. Thanks for all the tags ladies. I just have to take an early rest tonight because i'm too tired from a day full of meetings. Kakapagod.
Will do all your tags tomorrow. Plus update on the latest "going-ons" with me. I had fun last weekend having spent two days with my Dad and siblings in Laguna. We attended my Dad's High School Reunion. They just had their Golden Jubilee Celebration! Imagine that?! 50 years and they are all doing great! At least most of them. I'm glad my Dad had a wonderful time. We did too except for the scourging heat we experienced! Sobrang Init!
Wishing everyone a happy week ahead!
