Logan is 3 months old! (Picture Overload!)

I should seriously be in bed right now (running on only four hours of sleep) but I had to post these really fast.  I technically took these today but both Mommy and Daddy were not feeling that great on Monday.  Logan is three months old!  He is such a little stud muffin!  This boy is growing so so fast!  Mama wishes he would slow down just a bit but I am so glad that he is so healthy and so awesome!  He is an amazing sleeper and wiggles wiggles wiggles like crazy!  Kinda makes it tricky to get any pictures actually :)  And he is such a happy baby!  We are so happy he is ours!!  I have a few more that I haven't edited and believe or not I'm not actually posting ALL of the pictures I took but I had such a hard time deciding which ones to leave out.  As a result you get a whole bunch of awesome Logan pictures!  He has some great facial expressions and I was actually able to catch quite a few of them. 

Logan's first fort!

Ava built herself quite the little fort today using a laundry hamper and blankets. Not wanting Logan to be left out she took a second hamper and created a fort for him as well. His very first one! I'm not going to lie it was about the most adorable thing ever!!

Two Months!

So I'm not really sure how this happened but Logan is two months old!  Two!! I could't decide which pictures to post so here are a bunch :)  I cannot believe how big this boy is getting- he is growing way, way too fast!!

First Day of First Grade

So this may be a bit confusing since two posts ago we were talking about Ava's first day of Kindergarten.  During Ava's Kindergarten assessment her teacher asked if we could come back and do a specific reading assessment with her.  We knew Ava was advanced with her reading but we weren't expecting her to be quite as advanced as she ended up being.  Because of that we had a meeting with her teachers and principal and a couple of other people and we all decided first grade might be a better fit for Ava.  Her first day was officially September 2nd so she has now had one week of first grade. We were a little concerned because the rest of the first graders had already been going to school for a couple of weeks but she seems to be doing alright.  She is still getting used to things but she is doing rather well and really enjoying it! We are so proud of our little smarty pants!

Logan's First Real Smile!!

This was about the luckiest thing ever!  Jer and I were talking at Logan and I pulled out the camera and this happened.  No guessing here these are most definitely smiles!!  Sweetest thing ever!  I love this boy so much!!

Kindergarten!!

This big girl started Kindergarten this morning at North Elementary.  She is so excited for school!

Sometimes it can be tricky to get good smile out of this girl but I thought this was a sweet little smile.  You can't tell how exited she is though.  She was ready to jump in the car and go!

I don't feel like I'm quite ready for her to be in school yet but she sure feels like she is! I love this girlie like crazy!
