5 months~ and other ramblings...

I have been a slacker in the blogging department lately. I am finding it hard to get the weeds pulled, flower beds ready, keep up with the laundry, house, dinner... when am I supposed to blog? Well, I thought I would take a second to record a few things while my class is at recess.

**Miss Jenna is now 5 months old. It has been 5 months of pure joy. I love to cuddle and kiss on her. She weighs a little over 13 pounds, and started wearing 3-6 month clothes a few weeks ago. That has been fun! She is eating all kinds of baby food or cereal 3 times a day. Her accomplishments this past month are mastering the art of: rolling over, grabbing anything and everything that is in front of her, (her favorites are her wipes and my hair:) spitting up baby food, picking up her legs to get her bum wiped, making strangers break into a smile just by looking at her, kissing everyone with a big open mouth (and lots of slobber), waking Mom and Dad by talking and playing. One funny thing she did this month was the other night, I was really tired and thought I would try laying her on the floor next to my bed. So I made her a cuddly little spot between my bed and the wall. After she was asleep, I snuck her on to the floor. She laid there for a minute, and then started to wiggle around. She opened her eyes to look for me and started to fuss. When I picked her up she gave me a huge smile and snuggled in. I thought, "What was I thinking?" I love these snuggles, my boys used to like to cuddle too, they are only babies once.

** Ethan and Taylor officially started T-ball. Taylor is super excited that he can finally play. Ethan is disappointed that he can't play T-ball. They are so different, it is funny. They ride the bus to Byron and walk to the T-ball field. It is so nice!

**I only have a couple weeks of school left. I am ready for summer and fun. I can't wait to slow down. I love that my job allows me to spend the summer with my family. I
