I've got this sweet card by Renee using our Sweet Froggy digital stamp...she used the flowers (not the froggy)...a little paper piecing and voila! :)

Speaking of paper piecing here's a card I did for NB Hobby's website (a step by step on how I created this card). I used our you're a hoot! stamp set.

let it snow!

This is what I woke up to! :)

And it's STILL snowing! Because of all this snow I was unable to go to NB Hobby today so I'll at least share the projects I created.

This first card pretty much is what Zagreb looks like right now! :) I used our Home Sweet Home stamp set.

For the second card I used our you're a Hoot! stamp set.

HO HO & sneak peek

I'm not sure if I already posted this card somewhere but here it is...I made it a while ago...the owl is from our you're a hoot! stamp set....I made the candy cane our of fimo...super easy! :) The sentiment is a SRM sticker.

Hi and happy Friday to ya'll!!

How much do I LOVE this card Mariana created!!!!! I LOVE the background she created using the row of hearts from our Suzi stamp set (the sentiment too) and of coarse the adorable owl from our you're a hoot! stamp set.

Hope you all have a great weekend....I'll be celebrating my son's birthday all weekend with family and friends...speaking of his birthday I announced the winner of Marko's birthday giveaway on my blog.

I've got a card to share today that drove me nuts! :) I couldn't decide whether to go sentiment free....

...or a simple sentiment...??!?

Which one do you prefer?? I have a confession...I prefer making sentiment free cards....I never know where to put the darn sentiment! :)

Happy Friday!!

Judith created this ADORABLE card...so sweet...I like how she paper pieced the flower and just left the leaves bare....sweet! She used our Doodle Flowers stamp set.

I made some tags last night...school and daycare are done so there were a few gifts I wanted to hand out...

I bought simple solid colour paper bags and tied the tags on...simple, cute and fast!

Mr. Owl from our you're a hoot! stamp set is perfect for a guy! :)

you're a hoot!

Hi!

So here I am with another project I shared yesterday at NB Hobby's Happy Hour...did I mention that Jane's Doodles stamps are being sold there! :)

So this cute owlie is from our you're a hoot! stamp set. I coloured him using Copics and Graphit markers (a new brand to me, I believe it's a French brand, alcohol ink markers...they are new at NB Hobby and I'm loving them!)

So it rained yesterday....great I thought to myself...I'm already nervous as it is (never did any kind of workshop like this before...infront of strangers....Croatian strangers that don't stamp...who couldn't care for stamping)...so I get there and there's a group of ladies waiting to see what I got to show......

that's me...did I mention I use my hands alot when I talk! :)

..so my hands are shaking...my Croatian sounding even worse than usual....I showed them some techniques I like to use when card making....paper piecing, colouring with markers and masking...

..as I stumbled through my presentation...oohhh's and ahhhh's were being heard....smiling faces....hmmmm I'm thinking Croatia will stamp after all....one step at a time....

So back to this card...I took the heart stamp and created my background, stamped the branch onto kraft paper, stamped and coloured some leaves...and voila...

canvas

Hi!

Here's a little something different....canvas! I bought this little canvas at my favourite craft store in Zagreb (NB Hobby & Art) who btw are now selling Jane's Doodles stamps!!! :) I was there earlier today demonstrating some stamping projects....this canvas was one of them.

I used our Home Sweet Home stamp set and the heart is from our you're a hoot stamp set.

This project was so much fun...the only problem I had was deciding whether I wanted the houses or the owl on the little hill top! :) I'm also thinking perhaps adding a message...some words of wisdom...or not! :)

Ok...I so wish I added a mustache stamp in this set!!! How handsome does Mr. Owl look!! I just LOVE Amy's card...she used our You're a Hoot! stamp set and just look how awesome the owl looks simply stamped on kraft...no colouring, no paper piecing...just a cute mustache! perfect!

Hi!

I wanted to share a little project I did using our you're a hoot! stamp set and the clouds from our Home Sweet Home stamp set.

I paper pieced the owl and branch and stamped clouds onto the pattern paper I cut out using one of my Spellbinders dies. I also stamped polka dots onto the cover of the notebook.

This would make a sweet little gift don't ya think?! :)

Celebrate

Hi!

Hope you all had a great weekend....mine you ask??? All 3 of my kids and husband have the flu...I'm talking HIGH fever, nasty cough...I'm up all night going from one to the next!

Anyways....Courtney's card makes me giddy!!! :) She took the hearts from our brand new You're a Hoot! stamp set and made an adorable shamrock! :) The sentiment is from our Big Sentiments set (and speaking of sentiments...I hear Judith is creating another awesome set!!).
