I have never had fresh figs but I have had dried figs and they were so sweet! Very addicting! Love the sentiments in the new set and now I need to find someplace to get fresh figs to try them!

I wanted to squeeze in one last set before I leave for vacation. 

I created this set because I LOVE figs and they always remind me of summer. Do you like figs? Or are they an alien fruit for you. ;) My sons won't eat them because of what they look like on the inside. LOL

I think this set would be great for masculine cards as well.

Introducing What the Fig!

I stamped, coloured and fussy cut my images. I used watercolours to create my background, once dry I stamped the leaf. I added the figs using foam dots.

I'm also excited to say that we have a new design team member. Yay!

Hello!

Today I have an important update to the JD shop.

I will be going on holiday starting next week for a little over 2 weeks which means the shop will temporarily be closed.

I am the owner and only employee so unfortunately if I'm not in the 'office', the shop can't be open.

BUT before I go I there will be a sale and hopefully a new release hop. I say I hope because not everyone got their sets yet so I'll keep you all updated about that.

So Friday is the last day to shop. Saturday all orders will be shipped.

Hello!

Today I'm sharing my card using DINO-mite. It's back in stock.

I used watercolours to colour in these cute dinosaurs. As you can see I wasn't precise at all. I first added colour to the paper and once dry I stamped the dinosaurs and fussy cut them out.

I blended Distress Oxide inks for the background. Added some drops of water.

Used foam dots to adhere the dinosaurs and sentiment for added dimension.
