I am still here!!

Oh my word what a bad blogger I have been.......I didn't realise it had been as long as this since I last posted!  What with Lucy finishing up P7 and all the events that has entailed and getting organised for heading off to Cornwall tomorrow, life has been pretty hectic!
Anyhooooo I shall leave you with a card....I have packed my pens and some SC yumminess to colour on my hols but there will be no cards for a wee while!
I made this one a wee while back for the Sugar Nellie FB page xx

Oh and isn't Pinterest amazing!! I got the idea for these next two pics from there!  I knew one of my friends would appreciate the 40 sucks and I love the pic of Lucy holding a pic of her on her very first day of P1!  Poor Jude was inconsolable yesterday when they finished...her big sis was finishing and her teacher that she has had this year is leaving and Jude clicked with her from the very first day of P3 and she is heartbroken that she is not going to see her at the school anymore :(

There is Wifi at the caravan park we are staying at so hopefully I will be able to check in and keep an eye on all the gorgeouness out there in blogland!  Don't want to miss anything!lol

Sweet 16.....

I have used the lovely Honey for this card...coloured again with my Promarkers, but I didn't keep a note of the colours sorry...this lovely double sided paper is from My Minds Eye...I bought 2 sheets of it as its so gorgeous!

The flowers are from bunches I bought in the Pound shop and took apart and now I just colour them to match my cards!
We are just going to have a lazy day today...Lucy is shattered after her triathlon yesterday....(see the post below)....and I have some cards to get done......
Will be back later!

Saturated Canary #19........

Sorry late again!.....I will be getting fired soon!! lol
Here we go with Challenge Number 19 at Saturated Canary Challenges and this fortnight it is

  ANYTHING GOES!

The usual rules apply you must use either a Saturated Canary Digi Stamp OR a Simply Sassy Rubber Stamp

I have gone for a Smash* page....I spent a whole morning a few weeks ago colouring the hair on this gorgeous girl and I couldn't bear to stick her on a card and lose her forever! lol

I am still finding my feet a bit with this Smashing*  trying to get the knack of adding all the little details....I need some lessons from Krista...she has done some stunning pages!

Get over to the blog and check out all the fab creations....and there are quite a few entries already!!

We have an exciting day tomorrow as the Olympic Torch is coming through Fort William!! The local leisure centre has organised a triathlon for kids to enter to tie in with the torch arriving....although poor Jude can't enter, she got her cast off on Wednesday but is still not allowed to do anything to energetic for another 6 weeks!
Hopefully I will get some pics to share!!

A card and a street party!!

A birthday card for Judes "Birthday Buddy" her best pal has the same birthday and they think that is fab! they do a birthday countdown dance for a about a week everyday at school!
I have used the gorgeous Secrets from Saturated Canary and I was told that I had to make them look like them with the correct hair colour....Judes was quite tricky cos she has allsorts of colours in her hair...if the sun is shining it can look a wee bit ginger and then other days it can look quite dark!

I will leave you with a few snaps of our amazing street party from yesterday....a great day was had by adults and kids alike.....Mickey and Minnie enjoyed themselves so much they just had to have a go on the HUGE bouncy slide!  You can just see the roof of our house! Jude even managed down it with her big cast on with no injuries!
