Siri Turned 3

This past July little Miss Siri turned 3!
We had a party and ate a cake that she picked out.
Siri your favorite color is still very much PINK. If it were up to you everything in life would be covered in pink.  Your Birthday landed on a Sunday this year which was great because you got to spend the morning in Nursery your favorite place to be. We sent you with pink and white animal cookies which are also your favorite and you loved it. Chamberlain and Harrison loved that you had extra pink and white cookies that were sent home with you and they ate them all gone.
We had Grandma and Grandpa Chamberlain along with Uncle Truett and Aunt Kelsi over for the afternoon to celebrate with cake and ice cream and presents.
You are one happy little girl and if I could stop time for you it would be now.
You are always happy and singing. You love to laugh and smile and I really enjoy this time I have with you.

8 years to us.

Just before Harrison turned 1. Josh and I celebrated our 8th anniversary.
We were lucky to have my mom come watch the kids while we had a short getaway to Vegas.
We went shopping, went to the movie Superman, walked the strip ate dinner and recounted the previous 8 years and did more shopping.
I enjoyed every minute of it and wished we had a little more time with just the two of us.
We had Chamberlain take our annual couples portrait the night we got home from our trip.
I think our annual couple photo on our anniversary is one of my favorite traditions.
Happy 8 years babe! I love you.

Summer's Traditional Mexican Dress

Miss. Siri!
This year I found your Mexican Dress for summer at TJ Maxx. I thought it was such a score.
This style of Dress is my absolute favorite. These have been a staple dress each summer if you look back you will find several Mexican style dress in many different colors.
I think you love how comfortable they are too as you were it often.
So as usual here you are in all your Mexican Dress glory.
I hope you will always want to wear dresses.

Harrison Turned 1

In June Harrison turned 1.
We had a small party with just our family and Grandpa and Grandma Chamberlain.
It was so hot that we opted to go to Chick-Fil -A for dinner and Menchies for yogurt instead of cake.
Harrison we loved celebrating your day as a family and glad we could share your special day with Grandma and Grandpa. The following Sunday we made a chocolate cake and let you dig in!
Because we call your Harry for short sometimes, we thought it appropriate to give you the book Harry The Dirty Dog.
We read it often.
You, just like your sister before you, thought that the day of your birth would also be a great day to start officially walking and have been walking ever since.
We love you Harrison. What a wonderful year its been and we look forward to many more.
