SeaWorld

We finally decided to get SeaWorld passes.  They are pretty reasonable, and since we live 15min away, it's something fun we can do in the mornings together before Jordan goes to work. 

We took our first trip today.  It was great!  We watched people feed the dolphins (which we will totally have to do next time), saw the fantastic dolphin show, and took turns riding Journey to Atlantis, and Mantra. 

We were only there for 2 hrs, and had so much fun and we can't wait to go back again soon!!

Mini Moments

I have this beautiful cousin who has this famous fashion blog cheetahisthenewblack.  She has a series of posts called "Mini Moments."  They are filled with these gorgeous pictures of amazing things she gets to do, these cute little desserts, nail polishes, magazines, and of course pictures of her looking lovely as ever! 

So inspired by my lovely cousin, here is my own version of "Mini Moments" - straight from my own little "mini"

Calin never wants to sit still and eat.  Lunch and dinner time are always a struggle around here. Tonight he kept asking me to put on a movie.  And that wasn't going to happen, but lately he's been coming up with some pretty good moves.  Simple and sweet, here's how it went down tonight -

I was sitting on the couch (checking up on competitions and "mobile report" - a vivint thing) when Calin started walking over to me smiling really sweet with his hands behind his back.  He got to the arm rest and quietly said "amier mom," so I leaned closer, and he gave me a sweet kiss on the cheek, said "luv you mom" and smiled.  So sweet!  

Then he pulled out a movie from behind his back, handed it to me, and said "dd pwease mom?"

HA!  Sneaky little guy! 

He almost got me with that one . . . Almost.
