Crawdads
This summer we went up to Strawberry Reservoir and caught crawdads, cleaned them well, and had a crawdad boil. It was actually better then any of my family expected. We had crawdads growing up and they were horrible. They always tasted like dirt and lake. Well come to find out, if you don't wash them for about an hour, they tend to taste that way. Thanks to some research on the inter-web, we found a way to make them taste pretty good.
