This is the one book i go back and read every time I'm between books, once you start on Sherrilyn's world and from the moment you meet Ash you feel like you are related to him and you want to know more, when this book first came out, i remember a read it in 2 days. so without any delay here is my personal review of this amazing book:

Mi Pasion por la Lectura

Desde que tengo 14 años cuando mi prima Elsie me regalo mi primer libro, desarrolle el amor que hasta la fecha siento por los libros, son mi mayor refugio, y una fuente para salir de la cotidianidad.

Cuando me preguntan porque amo los libros, realmente la respuesta es facil, porque a travès de ellos me transporto al mundo ideado por los autores, por breves instantes salgo del atareo de la vida, de los problemas, y me dejo llevar por las historias, muchas veces rio y lloro mientras leo un libro. Son muchas las historias que he leido y muchas se han quedado muy cerca de mi, estos son los libros que conservo y que he leido una y otra vez.

Para mi los libros no son solo objetos, son seres con consciencia propia, que me llaman cada vez que los veo en la repisa y me hacen señales y me dicen ven lee esta pagina te recuerdas cuando la leiste por primera vez, me hacen sentir bien. La lectura es mi pasatiempo favorito, y a traves de los años he creado una biblioteca personal bastante amplia, al punto que mi mamá a veces pelea pues los tengo todos regados por toda mi habitación y ella me dice no se como es que puedes con tanto libro por doquier.

Cada escritor tiene su propio mundo, sus propias historias que contar. Cada uno me ha hecho reir, llorar, indignarme cuando algo anda mal, sentir miedo, dolor. En fin que la lectura y los libros son mis mas preciados tesoros. En mi biblioteca principal hay uno que otro que ha sabido ganarse su lugar no solo por las historias que cuentan sino por que al pasar de los años una y otra vez me atraen y me hacen volver a leerlos, estos libros son:

De Amor y de Sombra: esta historia de amor contada por una de mis autoras favoritas Isabel Allende, es un libro que creo me lo se de memoria, pero que siempre cada vez que quiero lo releeo solo para que nunca llegue yo a olvidarlo.

Mujercitas: pues porque si, porque esta historia de amor, hermandad y sacrificio, siempre me hace sentir bien.

I'm Watching You: porque dentro de toda buena biblioteca siempre tiene que haber su chin de suspenso y accion y Karen Rose en sus historias me da eso y mucho mas.

Acheron: no se si saben pero soy una adicta a las historias sobre vampiros y Sherilyn Kenyon es una de las mejores escribiendo sobre estos seres tan increibles, con este libro me amarro para siempre, la historia del personaje central con la que empieza su serie de Dark Hunters, me hizo llorar, reir, indignarme en fin que este libro lo leo, y leo y no me canso de leerlo.

y como estos hay muchos mas, y la lista es interminable. Hay miles de cosas más por decir sobre los libros, pero en cualquier caso siempre será mejor leerlos o escribirlos; relacionarnos con ellos y apreciarlos en la justa medida de nuestras emociones y de nuestras maravillosas locuras.

LO ULTIMO QUE HE LEIDO

1. La Saga de Twilight: para mi personalmete que soy fanatica de los libros que tienen que ver con vampiros, supe de esta serie de libros cuando comenzo toda la locura por la primera pelicula de la saga, el año pasado, una amiga me hablo de la pelicula y fui con otra amiga a verla. La Pelicula me parecio buena, y la historia capto un poco mi interes por lo de los vampiros. Como aparte del cine la lectura es mi hobbie numero 1 me decidi y compre los libros, lei el primer libro de la saga, para entender la pelicula mejor y claro darme cuenta que cosas dejaron fuera de la pelicula. La saga a mi parecer esta perfectamente bien concectada por la autora, ella supo hilbanar bien cada personaje, cada historia. La forma como nos presenta cada personaje y como van unidos cada libro, hasta llegar al final, como nos presenta esta raza de vampiros que se rehusa a vivir como los demas, que prefieren vivir una vida tranquila entre los humanos. Personalmente a mi los mejores libros son Eclipse y Breaking Dawn. Y en lo que respecta a la forma como fueron llevados al cine, tambien debo dar credito a Stephanie Meyer que no se si fue su idea o se dejo asesorar muy bien, pero a la hora de vender los derechos de los libros a una compañia productora al igual que su homologa J.K Rawlings hizo con su Harry Potter, ella mantuvo la batuta de ser quien de el visto bueno, de que actores interpretarian sus personajes. Creo que tanto los personajes principales Edward Cullen y Bella Swan estan perfectamente caracterizados por Robert Pattison y Kristen Steward y que decir de los personajes secundarios. Creo que conmigo pueden contar para que vaya al cine a ver las proximas peliculas. Me intriga saber como manejaran todo lo que se desencadena a partir del segundo libro... Bravo Stephanie Meyer.. sin saber mucho de ti te haz convertido en parte de mi libreria personal.

2.- He´s Just not that into you: Este libro le llaman la verdad sin excusa para entender a los hombres, bastante interesante, se supone que es una guia para que nosotras las mujeres por fin entendamos dizque a los hombres presenta situaciones que de verdad muchas hemos vivido pero al final, como que nos deja con la duda.. este libro tambien fue llevado a la pantalla grande la pelicula la vi.. En ella mas o menos presentaron el resumen del libro. En resumen lo que el libro plantea es que si hombre quiere estar con una mujer, el hara lo que sea para tenerla.. duhhh .. Como si esto ya no lo supieramos. El libro lo que nos hace es entender muchas de las mentiras que a veces nos decimos las mujeres a nosotras mismas para evitar ver la verdad cuando nuestro hombre soñado que no nos quiere en realidad. Ahi el libro como que da en el clavo un poco. Los autores del libro debaten atraves del mismo ese punto. El hombre que si quiere a la mujer hara todo para tenerla, y las excusas que las mujeres inventamos cuando queremos excusar al hombre que tenemos al lado cuando nos hace sentir mal. Los autores tratan que el libro sea una forma de libertad para las mujeres que lo leen, porque si dejamos de esperar que el chico que nos gusta le salga llamarnos y nos dediquemos a ser felices primero nosotras mismas, y no esperando que sea otro el que nos haga feliz, entonces estariamos de verdad lista para conocer a la persona que merecemos en realidad.

Bueno.. estoy empezando a leer el ultimo libro de una de mis autores preferida Karen Rose... y bueno si es como todos los demas, me dejara con los pelos de punta y muerta del miedo. deja ver que clase de asesino en serie encuentro en este libro..

Para mi la lectura es mi pasatiempo favorito y tengo una gran colección de libros tanto en español como en inglès. me tomo 2 semanas mas de lo que pense que me iba a tomar, pero el sabado por fin lei el final de tan increible, aventura, J.K. Rowlings no me defraudo, y me mantuvo hasta el ultimo momento con el alma en vilo. a mi se me aclararon todas las dudas, que tenia desde que lei el primer libro.

para muchos el que uno lea este tipo de libro es una perdida de tiempo, y como ya las peliculas las estan haciendo muchos me dicen que es estupido de mi parte perder mi tiempo leyendo, para mi la lectura no es ninguna perdida de tiempo, desde que el gusanillo me pico hace algunos años, no hay libro que me regalen, que compre o que me recomienden que yo no lea, siempre tengo algo que leer, tengo libros que he leido mas de 3 veces, por el simple hecho de que para mi son increibles.

En fin que J.K. Rowlings lleno mis expectativas, ahora me puedo sentar tranquila a que salgan las peliculas restantes, ya que sera aun mas divertido ver todo lo que he leido transportado a mi otra gran adiccion : El Cine.
