Lili of the Valley Sneak Peek 5

Before I start with todays cards I would like to tell you about some exciting news I had this weekend, Mary and Andrea aka The Ribbon Girls asked me to join their design team of course I accepted, who wouldn't, the offer came as a complete surprise especially as I have lost a lot of confidence over the past couple of years, so a big thank you to Mary & Andrea.  I cannot wait to get started and to be working with such a talented Design Team.

This is sneak peek no 5 of the soon to be released Lili of the Valley stamp collection this image is called "In The Shed", when I first saw the image I thought it would only be appropriate for mens cards, but after thinking about it, there are lots of us Ladies who love gardening and a shed isn't a male domain any more.

Hope you are all having a good Sunday rest, I have lots of photos for you today and I apologise now for the quality, I have decided I am not very good at photographing Boxes.  When I first started blogging again I ordered lots of goodies from Mary and Andrea at Ribbon Girl, and was over the moon to get an e-mail from Mary asking if I would be a Guest Designer for this months Any Image Challenge, as you can imagine I took zero seconds to think about it, I almost flew up North I was in such a hurry to say yes.  I cannot imagine a better Company to GDT for with all the lovely Ribbons, Laces and Flowers they sell I didn't have to stint on my embellies its like being in seventh heaven for me.  Don't forget to pop over to the Ribbon Girl Blog  and check out the fabulous prizes and join in the Challenge

Anyway, lets get on to my project for the Challenge, I have made a 4 Drawer Box, I really like making these and Lucys loves them to keep all her precious things in, (if you would like to make a box yourself I have a tutorial on my Tutorial Blog here is the Link 4 drawer box tutorial in case you cannot find it.

Thought you might like a close up of the flowers, all details and Links of flowers dies etc used on the card can be found below.

Morning All, where has the sun gone, really dull and dingy here this morning.  At the weekend I bought myself a Nutribullet to make smoothies as I wasn't eating enough fresh fruit & veg, I have been having one smoothie a day since Sunday and I must admit I feel a lot brighter, the thought of  adding spinach & carrots to fruit didn't seem very appertising but you don't taste them at all.

Rowan Fairy

Hello Peeps, Hope you are all having a good weekend.    Another  Whimsy Wee Stamp today this one is Rowan Fairy, I don't know what has happened with the colours on this photo, her hair and the papers are much more of a pinky mauve than they appear here.

Once again I have used papers from Nitwits Collections this one is called Lilac Blossom. I fancied giving her colourful hair and am quite pleased with the results, its a bit out of my comfort zone.

Rowan has been coloured with Copics colours below, and I sprinkled Frantage over the image, and used lots of flowers.  I love the Little Melissa Frances Picture Frames that are available from Live & Love Crafts, its has been used to frame a sentiment from Lili of the Valley Set 100 Teenage Girl Sentiment Stamps, which fits the frame beautifully.

Loving the new flowers & Berrys  I bought from Live & Love Crafts this week, couldn't wait to use them.

Products used:

Copics Colours
Flesh: E11, E21,E51, E50, R20
Mauves ( Hair & Wings)  V25, BV01, BV00, BV000
Dress: BVo1, BV000, C1
Leaves: YG99, YG94, YG95, YG91, E40
Berrys: YG67, YG63, G20

My fingers ache after that lot.

Jasmine - Phone

I am still struggling with my photos, I am sure I will get there in the end, if I remember correctly it took me an age when I first started blogging.  Today surprise, surprise its another sneak peek from the Lili of the Valley Oliver & Jasmine Collection.  I understand you have all been popping over to the shop to pre-order yours, if you haven't yet you still have until the 31st March.  Today we are showcasing Jasmine - Phone with a Sentiment from Sweet & Simple Sentiment Sheet

I have been out of the loop for so long that I have been blog hopping for the last few evenings and have found so much inspiration.  I was going to change my style and have a go at CAS, but when all is said and done I am a sucker for dies and flowers and as for backing papers I just cannot resist.

These delicious Pion Design Easter Greetings papers are from the Ribbon Girl they come on a 12 x 12 sheet with 4 -6 x 6 designs on each sheet, love them!!! also from the Ribbon Girl are the Roses,
Lilac Aster Flowers and the Ice Lime Green Seam Binding.  A Mixture of old and new Dioes hjave been used I think I can remember the Oval Doily was by Cheery Lyn, the Labels by Do-Hickey, my new dies both purchased from Noor Designs UK (I must say the Tracy's service is second to none, thanks dear), they are Joy Crafts Cutting & Embossing Viewmaster, and Joy CraftsCutting & Embossing Swirl Leaf Die.

The Copics used are:

Greens: YG63, G21
Mauves: BV00, BV000
Skin:  E000, E0000, E21, R20
&
for the Hair I used 3 Promarkers & PolyChromos Pencils

Buttercup,Mustard, Raw Sienna.

Hope you all have a fabulous day.
