TSSC142.....Because I Care
Good Friday Morning Peeps!
Today's card share is made with this week's sketch challenge on Mary Jo's Blog. I am also using the LateNightStampers Challenge to use the in-colors. I used Pear Pizzazz, Peach Parfait and Poppy Parade on this card.
The base of the card is made with whisper white and I followed that with another piece of white that was embossed with the vintage wall embossing folder. The DS paper is from the Greenhouse Gala paper pack and is matted with pear pizzazz card stock. I used the Bigz Beautiful Butterflies Die to cut out a large butterfly and stamped the flower from Elements of Style onto the butterfly with black stazon. I colored it in with peach parfait, poppy parade and pear pizzazz using my aqua painter and ink pads. I sponged the edges of the butterfly with some peach parfait ink. I used some peach parfait ribbon and crinkle it a bit using some score tape. I added sticky pearls to the butterfly center and to the bottom corner. The sentiment comes from the Because I Care stamp set. I stamped it with black stazon directly on the designer paper. The butterfly is added to the base with some foam tape and the embossed piece is also added with foam tape.
Well, that is all from me today, Thanks so much for stopping by and HAPPY STAMPING!!!

TSSC141.....Happy Birthday to You
Good Tuesday morning Peeps!!!
My card today is made with Mary Jo's Lunchtime Sketch Challenge. I am taking a bit of a break from the Halloween and Christmas that I have been making lately. I wanted to play a bit with this new DS paper, Sweet and Sour Speciality Pack. Love the colors, Rose red, pumpkin pie and very vanilla! I am using the "Crazy for Cupcakes" stamp set. I stamped the image onto the very vanilla card stock and colored it a bit with my aqua painter and some rose red for the cherries and pumpkin pie for the cup cakes. I thing orange cupcakes would be YUMMY, don't you? I used some Star Dust Stickles for the icing! I added some pumpkin pie satin ribbon and a few rhinestones. I have another card made with this same set and papers I will show you tomorrow.
Thanks for stopping by today and HAPPY STAMPING!!!!

TSSC140.....Birthday Wishes
Good Tuesday Morning Peeps!!
Today's card share is made with Mary Jo's Lunchtime Sketch Challenge.
I really love this sketch, I love the top note die and I used some fun new stuff, new to me, the Newsprint DS paper. I used very vanilla for the base and followed that with basic black and then some Cherry Cobbler, I love this new core color, that I used the Swiss dot EF on. I cut a top note with basic black and with the Newsprint DS paper. I trimmed the DS paper so that the black would mat it. I made a sentiment flag out of black a very vanilla. The sentiment is from the Level 3 Hostess set "Occasional Quotes". I stamped that with black stazon onto the very vanilla card stock. I stamped the flower, from the "Vintage Vogue" stamp set with Cherry Cobbler ink onto some very vanilla card stock and cut it out and mounted it to the top note with some foam tape.
I added some of the new Chantilly crochet trim to the bottom of the sentiment panel, ruffling it a bit. I finished the flower with a bow made with some of the basic black 1/8 inch taffeta ribbon. The top note is also mounted to the base with some foam tape.
Well, that is all from me today, Thanks so much for stopping by and HAPPY STAMPING!!!!

TSSC139.....Merry Christmas Set
Good Saturday Morning Peeps!!!
Today's card was made with Mary Jo's lunchtime sketch challenge. My first time playing along with this challenge. I just loved the sketch! I used some more of my new stuff, the stamp set is "Contempo Christmas" the DS paper is Jolly Holiday! I used Cherry Cobbler card stock along with old olive and very vanilla. The sentiment is stamped with black stazon and comes from the same set.
I couldn't resist making a matching notepad:
This altered junior notepad was made with the directions found HERE, by the fabulous Nancy Riley! I used all the same materials that I used on the card, I did use my new ribbon punch and added some gold brads.
Here is a shot of the two together:
Well, that is all from me today, thanks for stopping by today, be sure and come back by tomorrow for my "witchy" Sweet Sunday Sketch Card!
HAPPY STAMPING!!!
