Cherry Blossom Birthday

Happy Hump Day Peeps!!

Today I have a Clean and Simple Birthday card to share using the challenge

A fun Tic-Tac-Toe challenge.

I went right across the middle, die cut, spring and birthday.

I used the Forever Blossom stamp set along with the Cherry Blossom Dies for my card.
I stamped the image with Black Stazon onto Thick Whisper White cardstock and then colored with my Aqua Painter and ink pads. I used Flirty Flaming and Pear Pizzazz ink pads.

The base of the card is Thick Whisper White.
I used another piece of Thick Whisper White and stamped the sentiment from the Perennial Birthday stamp set with Black Memento ink. Next I embossed with the Subtle Embossing Folder
and used a Stitched Rectangle Die to cut out the embossed piece.

This panel is added to the base with dimensionals.

The flower die cut is also added with dimensionals.

I finished with three gold sequins that is from a past Paper Pumpkin kit.

Thank You

Happy Tuesday Peeps!!!

Today's card share is made using the challenge at

My floral image comes from the beautiful
Flowering Foils Specialty Paper that is a free SAB item.
I fussy cut out the image and colored with my Aqua Painter and ink pads.
I used Calypso Coral, Bermuda Bay and some Basic Gray.

I made my fun Background using some
watercolor paper and my Coastal Cabana
ink pad.
I used an acrylic block smashed into my ink pad and then applied to the
the wet watercolor paper. I did this over and over until I achieved the look I wanted.
I then splattered water drops over the dried paper and dabbed off and finally
I flicked Bermuda Bay ink over the paper.

I then embossed with the Subtle EF going through with the paper laid horizontal and then vertical in the Embossing Folder.
I also used the Subtle EF on the flower image as well.
I love the look this Embossing folder gives, like a canvas almost.

My sentiment is from the Peaceful Moments stamp set.

I finished up with a few rhinestones and a small twine bow.

Listed below are all the "ingredients" used to make this project.

It is so pretty.

My flowers are done with Gorgeous Grape and the leaves are messy waercolored with Old Olive.

I used the awesome  Golden Honey DSP which is a free item with a $50 purchase from the SAB catalog.

My hive is stamped with Crushed Curry ink and the flower heads as well. The stem and leaves are stamped with Old Olive. I cut out the flower and added with dimensionals.

The three the little bees are fussy cut from some of the DSP.

Hello Baby

Happy Monday Peeps!!!

Today's card share is one I made using a couple of challenges.

I used the challenge this week at The Paper Players:

Which is a Clean And Simple Woodland Critters Challenge

I only had a couple of choices when looking through my stamp sets for a "woodland"
type critter, I found the cute Fable Friend stamp set.
I love this set and used it so much last spring.

I also used the sketch this week at Fusion Card Challenge

I just used the sketch, it was perfect for a Clean And Simple style card.

I stamped my bunny first, with Black Stazon ink on thick Whisper White card stock.
I colored with my Aqua Painter and ink pads, using basic gray and Blushing Bride.
I fussy cut her out and put aside to do the rest of the card.

I made my Scallop Stitched Square using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.
I used the largest Scallop Stitched Rectangle and ran it back through my Big shot to
create the Square by cutting off the bottom part.

he bunny is then added to the square with dimensionals.

The base of my card is Smoky Slate.
I then used another smaller piece of Smoky Slate and embossed with the Subtle EF.
I matted that with some Whisper White and added it to the base.

The image panel was added next.

The sentiment is from the So Sentimental stamp set.
I stamped with Basic Gray ink and used another of the
Stitched So Sweetly Dies to cut out.
I cut another matching piece with Blushing Bride card stock and snipped it in two pieces and
added it to my sentiment piece.

I finished up the Clean and Simple design with a few little basic rhinestones.

Listed below are all the "ingredients" used to make this project.

You Mean So Much To Me

Happy Wednesday Peeps!!!

Over at the The Paper Players, they have a fun sketch challenge:

My go to color when coloring flowers seems to almost always be some shade of pink, so I decided
I need to switch things up a bit.
So for this card I pulled out a pallet of purples.

I used Purple Posy for my card base and Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape for my flowers.

The flowers are from the Stampin Up Sale A Bration set called Happy Birthday To You.

I stamped the cake image several times with black stazon onto thick Whisper White card stock.
I colored with my Aqua Painter and ink pads.
I used some Daffodil Delight in the center of the flowers and Pear Pizzazz for the leaves.

I then fussy cut out all the flower images I needed for my card front.

I used two Rectangle Stitched Dies to make my white frame that I added to the Purple Posy card base with dimensionals.

I hen added my flowers to the card with dimensionals as well.

My sentiment comes from the Forever Blossoms stamp set.
I stamped with Black Memento ink onto a scrap of Crumb Cake cardstock.

I finished with a few rhinestones from the Noble Peacock pack and then added a small twine wrap with a bow around the side of the white frame.
I pulled this twine from a piece of Burlap ribbon.

Merry Christmas

Happy Friday Peeps!!!

Today's card share is made using the color challenge this week at

I took a couple of runs at this color combo before coming up with a
card I liked.
I wanted to do a Christmas card and these colors are not traditional
colors for Christmas which is why it took me a couple of goes at it.
But in the end I like the result, the Crumb Cake almost looks like gold or
that is my story!!! LOL!!

I used the Brightly Gleaming stamp set and matching punches.

The DSP is from the Feels like Frost
6 x 6 pack.

I stamped the ornaments with Versmark on Water color paper and embossed with
Silver Embossing Powder.
I colored with my Aqua Painter and  Seaside Spray and Crumb Cake ink pads.

I die cut a Rectangle using the Stitched Rectangle Dies and a piece of Watercolor paper.
You certainly would not need to use watercolor paper for his background piece, I just liked the
texture.
I added the ornaments to the BG piece with dimensionals
I die cute a stitched Scallop strip using Crumb Cake card stock for the edge of the rectangle using a die from the Be Mine dies.

I added the strings using a silver Sharpie marker and the silver string bows are made
with some twine I had in my stash.
The sentiment is stamped with Crumb Cake ink.

Listed below are all the "ingredients" used to make this project.

they have a fun themed challenge this week:

Out comes the Snowman Season stamp set for my card.
I have barely used his set. Not sure why.

I stamped my image with black stazon onto a die cut thick Whisper White.
I used the Stitched Rectangle dies for both the
snowman and the sentiment piece.

The base of my card is Cherry Cobbler card sock and I used some gold foil paper and a piece
of DSP from the Wrapped in Plaid pack.

I finished with a white twine bow and some gold pearls.

Believe

Happy Wednesday Peeps!!

Today I am sharing another card I made for the challenge this week at

I knew when I first saw this challenge that I waned to use the Holly Jolly dies.
But when I went to make my card I pulled out the #Elfie stamp set, the card you saw yesterday,
so I decided to make another.

I created my snow bank by cutting a piece of Whisper White card stock.

I laid it up against my Piece of Pool Party card stock and lightly drew in the slope with a pencil.

I used the Snow Front stamp set and Pool Party ink to stamp in the background trees.

I then stamped two trees using Versamark ink and embossed with White Embossing powder.

I added the white piece to the bottom and then stamped my sentiment with Real Red ink.

I die cut the reindeers and Santa's sleigh with Whisper White card stock and added it
to the top of the card with dimensionals.

I matted these piece with Whisper White card stock and added it to my Pool Party
card base.

I stamped the birds in with Real Red ink and added
in the black with my Black Journaling pen.

I finished up by added some snowflakes from the Snowflake Sequins
and a few white dots with a gel pen.

Listed below are all the "ingredients" used to make this card.

Believe Elfie

Happy Tuesday Peeps!!

Today I am sharing a card made with the oh so fun #Elfie stamp set.

I stamped these two fun images onto thick Whisper White cardstock using Black
Memento Ink. I colored with various Blends and Copics.

I then used the rectangle Stitched Dies and cut them out.
I rn the smaller one through twice cutting the bottom off to get the size I wanted.

The same was done with the sentiment die cut piece. The sentiment is from the Holly Jolly
stamp set and is stamped in Real Red ink.

I am linking his card to the challenge this week at

The base of my card is Crumb Cake card stock and then a layer of Garden Green.

I finished with a few little basic rhinestones.
