British Summer Time (BST)

British Summer Time operates from the last Sunday in March until the last Sunday in October. The UK moves its clocks forward from Greenwich Mean Time by one hour (GMT+1).

At 1.00 am GMT (2.00 am BST) on Sunday 31 October 2010 clocks go backwards one hour as civil time changes from British Summer Time (BST) to Coordinated Universal Time (almost identical to Greenwich Mean Time).
