Blog For 24th Feb 2007 aka Ren Ri (Happy Birthday to Everyone!)

Hey yoz what's up?
Haha... as usual, this is my starting line for my blog... maybe i should change something new huh? Well, shall see if i can think of a new 'opening speech' for my blog entries. *Wink*


Woke up at 11am plus today, had my breakfast cum lunch... After my parents went for work my brother help to vaccum clean the floor of the house, every single corner of it. After he has done his job, i continue with the mopping of the floor. Actually it's easy to slim down just by doing housework everyday but it's whether or not you want to do it... for me... heh... lazy mah... =X


Had a chat with RSG in the afternoon before i do the mopping... he was saying that he might go out with 449 later for part time jon hunt. He said that 449 wanted to work at KBox, for him he has no idea... (later in the end 449 pang seh him... so he didnt go out for job hunt anymore... haha) Well, actually for jobs (temp or perm), you still need to search from newspaper first, then call the number given and ask about it. Most of the part time job also requires to have an interview with you. I wanna get one perm full time job cos I am seriously broke... need to save $ for Taiwan trip in Oct this year... T-T


Went out to compass point with my siblings after having done with the house work. My brother wanna pay his hp bill, my sister need to do some cash deposit into her bank account for some internet-banking transactions. As for me, i wanna find the Sony Photo printing machine to print some photos as well as to buy 2 stamps for overseas letter to Taiwan. Print out one 9 in 1 photo at the cost of $4 (one small print in the 4R size photo itself is $0.50) at Kodak Photo Printing shop, omg it is so expensive... Sad loh... half way through after i brought the mashed potato (Seriously, I love it) for my brother and i my mum called my sister and ask us to buy some soft drinks back home to serve the relatives who will be visiting us later in the evening.


So we brought 4 bottled soft drinks home and take a rest at home. Went showering cos of the humid weather... just right after i came out from the shower my relatives came... it's my 1st and 2nd uncle with their family members as well as my newly wedded 8th aunt and her hubby. So our house became so 're nao' all of a sudden... with a total of around 13 guests for the day. Had really short chat with them after serving them drinks of cos but most of the time i was in my room facing pc doing some photo resizing on the trip to sentosa with the rest... I need to send those involved in the trip all the photos taken mah, but have to resize cos my DevilCam's photo resolution too good alr, 2048*1536 at 3.1 Mega pixel only. Have to resize or else cant send all the photos to their emails.


Relatives left at around 7pm plus. After they left we start to eat our dinner. Haha... around 8pm plus my siblings and i went out again... we are still not gicing up until we have found the Sony Photo printing machine. This time round we went to tampines via bus 27. Found one Sony PP Machine but then it is not working... it cant detect neither my thumbdrive nor my sister's. Then I brought the Mac's MochaHolic drinks for myself as well as another 1 cup for my siblings to share since my sister kept saying she also wanna some. Next we took MRT to Simei stn for the Sony PP machine.


My sister had once printed photos from the Sony PP machine at Simei MRT stn there and she said that the photo quality is very good and what's more it is at a cheaper price as compared to any other photo-developing shops in the malls. There's two machine side by side below the stn there so we picked the one my sister used before. At the end when we were about to pay via EZ-link, we had a problem... the EZ-Link card reader is not working... after trying many times we had no choice but to move on to the one beside. The programming are different for both machines... this 2nd machines doesnt provide 5R size photos as compared to the earlier one.


With no choice left we just print the normal 4R size photos. Printed 6 pieces of photos (with many photos in 1) just at the price of $6.60! Somemore the quality is excellent! Glossy yet it wont capture your fingerprint! Now, as compared to the Kodak $4 '9-in-1' photo (Quality OK nia), which is a better choice? Of cos is this Sony PP machine! In the future we shall all choose Sony PP machine to print photos, forget about printing the photos at those photo-developing shops in the malls.


After getting my photos done, we took MRT back to tampines then took bus 27 back home. Reach home around 12am plus already. Last of all, i shall share the photos i took today at tampines mall... a very cute and short dusbin... to proof that it is really short, we had my brother standign beside it. Haha...
