It's coming to a year since I last blogged...
Ok.... To the people who have hopped in, I'm finally back!
Yeah, yeah, I know I've been missing for quite a long while, but anyway, I'm BACK!!!! :)
Anyway, I'm now a full-fledged teacher and well, it's stress, stress, stress! :(
Kudos to all teachers in the field!!!!!! You have my respect!
Anyway, I am now having some thoughts about my future....
1. What should I do in the future? Am I going to continue in this line forever????
My answer upon thinking is 'NO!'. I know, what's the point in taking up this diploma and then now don't want to continue. But then, life is a road full of bumps. My view is, if it can't work, why travel on the rocky road still?
Believe me, this field is quite bad. The changes in the principals, the duties of a teacher, the children's ups and downs.......
2. Looking for a degree (Full-Time).
Ok, I will first clarify! I'm officially done with my collection of diploma. LOL~
I'm tired of getting a diploma again and again... LOL~ I currently own 2 and well, I don't intend to increase the number anymore! Haha~
Anyway, I will be free of bond in 2011 and well, I'm currently looking at full-time studies for a degree.
Yah, yah, I know what you're thinking. Why full-time studies??? Oh well, I've been working after my O'levels. Even when I was in Poly, I was more interested in working than in studying. So, basically, I have been working since after O'levels and seriously? I'm tired. Really, super, dead tired of working.
Anyway, even with full-time, I'd still be working part-time lar... If not how to survive?! In the mean-time, I'll be saving all my money le. Unless........ $%^&)* <- Please fill in yourself. I'm realistic person. Even with the money saved, I'd most probably only survive my first term.... :(
My only grouch is why I can't use my CPF to pay for my fees.
God knows that with the current world, CPF is mostly redundant for us people who earn less than 2 K a month and cannot even apply for a credit card...
Oh wait. I take back my words.... There's still Citi Clear Card... Click here
But anyway, housing today cost too much. The other day, I did a calculation and basically, no matter how I work, so long as I am earning below $3K, I can jolly well give up on buying even a 1 room flat. Yah, that's how realistic I am.
3. I should get a license soon...
Ok, I've been procrastinating. For more than 2 years in fact. But then, I've come to a point in my realisation (Slow, I know!) that maybe a license is good after all. In case you are wondering, I'm talking about a driving license. Be it a car, a motor, or what lar....
4. Travelling.
Ok, I know I used to state in my last post that I wouldnt be doing any travelling for the next 2 years but anyway, I'm still more or less sticking to my plan. No Money, no travel.
But well, I'm thinking of going Thailand or Penang for my birthday next year. No more explanations or elaborations. Period.
5. Languages / Free time
Well, now that I'm not studying, I'm free at the moment. LOL~ at least at night. Currently, I'm learning how to sew, not that it's an success so far. I'm more prone to jabbing at the cloth... LOL~
Also, I've bought a couple of CDs that teaches how to speak Italian.... Well, Beginner conversational Italian lar. It's fun learning using a MP3 but well, let's face it. Italian is ranked 20th in languages. The most popular languages spoken are still English, German, French, Chinese and Japanese. Korean is on the rise though, going by the current waves.... Also, I'd most probably never step foot in Italy or any European countries in my life (Unless I draw a map and put my feet on the countries...).
Oh well, at learning so far is fun. A bit troublesome at times trying to remember the terms, but well, it's fun. HAHA~
Ok, enough updating for now. I should be back soon!!!! :)
A presto~ <3
