Jill-Spirit of Christmas -Tiddly Inks-TPE279

Hello everyone!

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!  I had a great time in San Francisco with my family.

For the month of December we have a month long challenge over at The Pink Elephant blog that uses a photo for inspiration.  Here is my take on the photo:

I used an image from Tiddly Inks called Jill-Spirit of Christmas .  I used two different paper pads for this card, one from Heidi Swapp and one from MME called Lost & Found Christmas.

Oc course I colored it up with copics.  :)

Please visit the blog and join us for this months challenge over at TPE!

Faythe Gives - Tiddly Inks (TPE230)

Hi ladies,

Today I have a card to share with you all for the Pink Elephant Challenge blog's Monday Challenge.  We are asking that you create a card using this photo for inspiration:

Here is my take on this beautiful picture.

I used a digi image called Faythe Gives from Tiddly Inks.  She is so darn cute!  I used the Lost & Found Christmas paper from MME.

I colored her up with copic markers and added some Wink of Stella to all the white parts of her little outfit.

I added a doily from Michael's and a few hat pins and flowers from my stash.  The little bit of lace trim adds such a shabby.chic feel to the card.

You can click on the picture below and it will take you over to the Pink Elephant Challenge Blog.

Toy Soldier - Kenny K - Songbird Challenge #30

It's getting close to Christmas!  I am so not ready yet!  Time to get it into gear!  :)

The time we have a month long challenge over at Songbird Challenges.  Our theme is "We Wish You a Merry Christmas".  Alot of fun with Kenny K's digi stamps ;).

I used a stamp called Toy Soldier.  She was alot of fun to color.  This image reminds me of the "Little Drummer Boy".  One of my childhood favorite songs.

I used Pro Markers for her skin and Copics for everything else.  The paper is from My Minds Eye, Lost & Found Christmas.  I hand dyed some seam binding and added a wooden button to that fun bow.

You can see the Wink of Stella pen in this picture.  :)

I used a Spellbinder Label 10 die for the main image.  I distressed around the edges with Broken China and Tea Dye inks.

Minnie's Christmas Lights - Tiddly Inks

Happy Sunday!  I used an image I just purchased from Tiddly Inks a few days ago called Minnie's Christmas Lights.  She is so funny!

I used so much fun stuff on this card!  Let's see, I used a paper pad from My Minds Eye called Lost & Found Christmas.  The sentiment banner is is a decorative brad from the same MME collection.  I used a few different dies on this card.  The string of lights is from YNS - Light Up the Holidays.  I stamped it then die cut it, colored with copics and covered with glossy accents.  The fence die is from MFT.  I die cut the main image with a Spellbinders die.  The little frame around Minnie is the left over die cut. I just cut it down and ran it through my big shot in a wood grain embossing folder.

Here is a close up of Minne.  She's colored with copics.  Her glasses and  the lights that are tangled up around her have glossy accents on them.  The fence was inked up using Tea Dye and Antique Linen distress inks. I used some liquid applique and distress stickles on the fence.  The little string of lights on the fence is from Jolee's.

I am going to enter this card in these challenges:  Tiddly Inks, Deep Ocean Challenge, and The Ribbon Girl.

Thanks for stopping by!

Pammy's Stocking - Mo Manning & Copic Coloring Video

Hey there,

I have a very cute Christmas card to share with you today using a Mo Manning image called Pammy's Stocking.  I tried again to create another coloring video - my head is still in there, LOL.  I'll get better with practice - I hope.

Anyway, here is my card:

I used MME's Lost & Found Christmas paper pad for this card.  I used some Bazzil card stock for the layers.  I used a simple layout that focused on the image.

I colored her completely with Copics.  I love this little girl - she is so cute hugging her full stocking.

I stitched around the edges of the card and the main image.  I added some ribbon from SU and a little wooden button.  I added some of the Wink of Stella pen for various areas of the image.  I am entering this card in The Shabby Tea Room Challenge, The Curtain Call, Designed to Color, and the sketch over at Mojo Monday.

Here is my video showing how I colored Pammy.

Enjoy!
