Rec League volleyball has started up again. I began playing last fall and enjoyed it. Now granted our team plays in the B- minus league and we aren't very good. But it's physical activity and I enjoy playing. The one big downside to playing is how sore I am at the end of the day. During the fall league I had been playing with a lower back injury and my playing sent it over the edge.
I do wish I was better at playing and I guess that will come with time. It's just hard when my mind knows what I need to do, but my body just doesn't seem to get the message.
