Miami Dolphin Brandon Marshall Stabbed

Brandon Marshall is in intensive care this morning after being stabbed in the stomach by a crazy bitch. He is expected to recover within two to three weeks, ESPN reported.

“This is a very difficult time for Brandon and family. Thankfully he will make a full recovery,” said Kennard McGuire and Harvey Steinberg, Marshall’s agents, in a statement. “We simply ask that his privacy is respected.”

Marshall was obtained by the Dolphins from Denver last April, signing a four-year deal with Miami worth $47.5-million, $24-million of it guaranteed, and led the Dolphins last year with 1,014 receiving yards. 

My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family and I hope he has a speedy recovery. These athletes need to start running background checks on these chicks. They don't know who they are dealing with.

A.I. Has His Lambo Impounded

Allen Iverson got his Lamborghini impounded in Atlanta last night. According to TMZ Allen Iverson was rolling around Buckhead with expired dealer tags when he got pulled over. A.I. received a ticket and the car was impounded. No big deal. Allen hitched a ride in a silver Rolls Royce with a pal who happened to be following.

LT Gets 6 Years Probation & Must Register As A Sex Offender

Lawrence Taylor [who was caught last year with a 16 year old prostitute] plead guilty in court, got six years probation and must register as a sex offender. As a registered sex offender LT is barred from porn websites and sex shops. He cannot be alone with underage children, except his 5-year-old son and his friends, and has to be home between 1 and 5 a.m.

The working girl he was caught with is not happy about the sentence and has hired Gloria Allred to represent her. She says, "I am not a prostitute," she said. "I am a victim and I am hurting. I don't think the sentence given to Mr. Taylor is fair."

After his court proceedings Taylor went on Fox News and said "I didn't pick her up on no playground. This was a working girl who came into my room. She told me she was 19. It is what it is. I don't card them. I don't ask them for a birth certificate."

Cheryl Burke & Chad OchoCinco Were Dating

 

After previously denying the obvious, Cheryl Burke admitted that she was dating Chad Ochocinco. The two met when  they were partnered on Dancing With The Stars. She eventually broke off the relationship because he was dating other people at the same time. During an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show she said:

Ellen: “You were denying that there was a romantic thing going on (with partner Chad Ochocinco) but there was some kind of romantic thing going on.”
Cheryl: “I mean, we had a fling. We worked so much together. We had great chemistry. But it was the same pattern I had in the past with my boyfriends in the past. He was just really unavailable to me. I just knew that didn’t work and I’ve moved on and he’s obviously moved on.”
Ellen: “Because he was dating other people at the same time? Is that right?”
Cheryl: “Well, you just look at his Twitter and see who he’s following and that speaks for itself.”

Nothing surprising about this revelation. You could tell something was going on between these two if you seen them on the show. There was a lot more than just chemistry going on between them. I'm also not surprised by the timing of this because this is more than likely something that she touched on in her new book. 

Christina Aguilara Jumbles National Anthem At Super Bowl

Did you happened to catch Christina Aguilera’s rendition of the National Anthem? Everyone seems to be talking about her fumbling the words. How dreadful! She states that it only happened because she was REALLY into the song: I got so lost in the moment of the song that I lost my place. I can only hope that everyone could feel my love for this country and that the true spirit of its anthem still came through. Gilbert Arenas Gets Served Child Support Papers During Half Time

The Gilbert Arenas-Laura Govan drama just got embarrassing for Gilbert. He was served child support papers during halftime last night during the Orlando Magic vs. Heat game. Laura, who is pregnant with their fourth child, claimes he abandoned her and their three kids with no support.



The process server handed him the papers as he was walking off the court, . Laura is seeking custody of the children, $109,000 in monthly support payments from Gilbert, as well as $1.3 million annually.


His attorney said: “This is a private matter involving young children. It is inappropriate for Ms. Govan and her attorneys to attempt to turn it into a public spectacle.” To add to the spectacle, in the papers Laura states that she and the kids are currently living in a low-budget hotel in California. A hearing in the case has been set for March 8 in Los Angeles.

Eva And Tony's Divorce Is Final

It's a done deal. Tony Park and Eva Longoria's divorce is official.

Eva Longoria is ready to move on officially from ex hubby, Tony Parker, with the couple’s divorce being finalized today. A friend of Eva’s confirms, “The divorce documents will come through today, she is happy and moving forward with her life.” Tony and Eva were married for three years before splitting because of his alleged infidelity last November. Tony denies cheating on Eva.

This is bitter sweet because they really made a cute couple but it ended so quickly. Eva has since moved on and is dating. Tony needs to move on and do the same.

UPDATE: The Gilbert/Laura Saga Continues

Back in December, it was reported that cut off all communication and child support from Laura and their three kids as soon as he was traded to Orlando. He literally jumped on the first bus out of DC and didn’t look back. Now, Terez Owens (a sports gossip site) is claiming that Laura Goven recently robbed Gilbert’s Great Falls, VA home and took everything.

Now comes word from a source very close to Lauren, that she’s gone and done the unthinkable…She’s robbed his Great Falls, Virginia home, taking clothes, shoes, furniture, and even Gilbert’s fish tank and sharks [<---how did she do that?]. Laura has repeatedly asked Gilbert for money several times over the last month unsuccessfully. Laura has also been threatening to go to press over drug allegations involving Arenas dealing marijuana…Gilbert has yet to press charges and is trying to keep a lid on it..I doubt this will end amicably for either party.

Damn, Damn, Damn! I know a chick gotta do what a chick gotta do but robbing your baby's daddy is not the business. She needs to stop sitting around waiting on him to bread her out and become a go getta like every other single mother has. I'm just sayin.

Mike Vick Signs His First Paid Endorsement Deal

Michael Vick is back into the money. After having a spectacular season he has signed his first endorsement deal since being arrested for dog fighting. Vick has signed his first paid endorsement contract since his release from prison. The Philadelphia Eagles quarterback inked a two-year contract with Unequal Technologies, a provider of the football pads Vick wore most of last season. The deal will be announced on Thursday and terms of his deal weren’t disclosed but it’s a “sizable” contract. Vick appeared in a television commercial for a car dealership last month but he didn’t get paid for it, he was compensated by having use of a Nissan sport utility vehicle. Vick will start for the NFC in this weeks NFL Pro Bowl.

Congrats to Mike Tyson and his wife Lakiha Spicer who welcomed a baby boy, Tyson's 8th child on Tuesday. It’s Tyson’s first child after the shocking death of his four-year-old daughter Exodus, who died in May, 2009, when her neck accidentally got wrapped in a cord of an exercise machine. The couple, who married just 10 days after Exodus’ death, have not yet decided on a name for the little one. Tyson, 44, married Lakiha, 32, are already parents to a two-year-old daughter, Milan.

Lawrence Taylor To Register As A Sex Offender

Lawrence Taylor pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor charge stemming from his arrest last May for “sexual acts” with a minor. LT entered a guilty plea to one count of sexual misconduct and one count of patronizing a prostitute in the third degree. According to CNN he is expected to be sentenced to six years probation and he will register as a sex offender. His lawyer said his client “patronized a prostitute and that prostitute happened to be under the age of 17. Although he inquired as to her age, he was lied to.” SMH

Carmelo Anthony Loses His Sister During The Holidays

Carmelo Anthony lost his sister Michelle Anthony, 36. She died on Tuesday in Baltimore from a pre-existing medical condition and is survived by her four children. The Denver Nuggets released the following statement: “Our entire organization supports Carmelo during this difficult time for him and his family,” Nuggets executive vice president of basketball operations Masai Ujiri said. Melo would like to thank Nuggets fans for their thoughts and prayers and asks that they and the media respect his privacy during this time.” Carmelo will rejoin the team after the holidays. This is heartbreaking news especially during the holiday season. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family as well during their time of grief.

Arrest Warrant Issued For Floyd Mayweather

An arrest warrant has been issued for boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. Last week Floyd Mayweather Jr. jabbed a guy in the face and was charged with criminal battery. When the charge was first handed down a warrant for arrest was handed down with it, but then for some reason the judge canceled the arrest warrant. However, the prosecutor wasn't having it. The prosecutor accused the judge of giving Floyd special treatment and now the warrant for arrest has been reinstated. Floyd is facing six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.
