Helping Mom Crochet

I am doing a very important job right now! What? You say sleeping? Uh, no.......I really am supervising the crocheting of this blankie!!! (Actually, this is an old pic, hehe) Here it is all finished!

This blankie is for Mom's fave niece, Melissa! (BOL, her only niece), who is getting married this August! Mom didn't quite get it done in time for the Bridal Shower, but she is going to send it to her niece soon. And, just so you know..........Mom says, Melissa's future hubby, Mike, sure can use it too!

The Bees Have All The Attention

Julia, Ayden, and Joey are happy as Bees in honey! Joe and Jim, (my SIL's) are just plain goofy! It was a fun time at our last get together before they all headed home.

Mother & Son Dance

Clint and I were able to share quite a bit during this dance. Hopefully, he will always remember what I said to him. It was very hard for me not to cry. It was the very first time I had ever danced with him. A few precious moments just for us, as I prepared in my mind, that he now, really belongs to another woman.

The Dollar Dance

Noelle got $5 from Joey for a dance, She was indeed a lady!

While Clint was not a gentleman, and got a buck from Abbey. It didn't matter if they were naughty or nice, they still did make a nice little bundle, during this very fun dance!

The Candy Bar

This was certainly something I had never seen before at a wedding. A candy bar! And all the candy was not even on the table yet! There were some chocolate Eifel Towers, purple Peeps, two shades of purple M&M's, Red, white and blue candies, and Patriotic Tootsie Rolls and Carmels. Heart and Patriotic lolipops, so MUCH! Of course I had to load up for the long drive home!

Only The Beginning

Here is Clint and Noelle, getting ready to cut their cake. I am waiting for some of the nicest pics of Clint and Noelles wedding to come my way. I am not to fond of all I have, so please be patient, and I will post as soon as I can.

The entire time up in MA, was a whirlwind of activity. I have to admit that it actually feels good to be sitting in my recliner as I write this. I sure hope to get more into detail about everything. Unfortunately, (fortunately for my bank account), I have to be at a caregiving job at 6am friday. That will last untill sometime saturday night. While I am there, I may not have much internet access (DARN). But...........I'll do as much as I can, as soon as I can......to bring you all up to date.

Today's The Big Day

Today is the day this sweet couple have their formal wedding! Tonight at 6pm, they will be repeating their vows at the very lovely Montponcet Inn, in Halifax, MA. I think it will be pretty amazing to see my son in a Tux, and Noelle in her wedding gown!
