YUP! It's September And We Are BACK!

FINALLY, y'all get to see ME again! It feels like forever since I have gotten onto Blogger and been able to see all my friends here and you see me. But, now I am back!
So I spent the summer helping my Dad: build this little bench, plant lots of new flowers, trees and bushes in the yard, bask in the sun for hours at a time, tip a few Rum and Cokes, and eat enough to add an extra pound to my girly self. At times, we both were a little sad that our lady of the house wasn't around to nag us, but we managed to get by, somehow!

And we are both happy as can be!  Y'all know know what I mean?

Mom said she had a ton of exciting experiences with her kids and grandchildren, but the Pittsfield Balloon Rally was certainly one of the biggest highlights in New Hampshire! She has a number of beautiful pictures of the balloons. We may try and share some of those at a later date.

Mom got to spend a lot of time with her granddog, Charlie! He is the sweetest part Pit Bull she has ever met! I am just wondering, do you think he might be kinda a woosie since he is on his dad's (Clint) shoulders? Mom says absolutely not! These two guys just love each other!

Upstairs at the house Mom was staying at, lives Shadow. Hmmmm I think he is quite handsome! The little red Min Pin belongs to my sis Sherri and her husband Jim. Mom and her just fell in love with each other! (WHAT???)

Then there is Jake! He is another granddoggie that lives in East Aurora, New York. MY! What a big nose he has!

Here is Jake's sister, Mollie. I understand she is just a little love! HUMPH! Couldn't be anymore of a lover than I am! Just sayin!

The "DAY"

 These photos were taken the day I had my girlie surgery. As you can see, I was pretty worn out! I just pretty much rested the whole evening right here in my doggie bed. I have been going in my crate at night, so I am not hopping up and down from my parents bed. I don't mind, really, cause I have been getting some REAL rest! You know, not having to worry about my peeps falling out of bed or something like that, sure takes a load off my mind!

The Woman Finally Came Home!

I was just waiting here on the back steps for the Woman/Mom. Problem was, it was getting darker, and Dad said he had to go to the airport to pick her up. So......I had to go in my crate, till they both got home. I don't know why I couldn't go in the car with Dad. I did once before, to go get the mail and I was all over the front and getting on his lap while he was driving. Guess Dads just don't know how to hook puppies up in a car! Anyways, after a little over an hours wait, all of a sudden, I heard a car pull into the driveway, the back door unlocking, and there SHE WAS! She came over to my crate and got me out and I jumped into her arms!!! Someone left me a message to drink lots of water so I would be able to give her lots of sloppy kisses. So I did just that! I gave her many kisses, plus I widdled on her shirt! But she didn't care, cause she was so happy to see me again! So........today, she showed Dad how to make me safe in the car, so we could go to the puppy store. Some of the ladies at the puppy store remembered me from the first time I was there. I gave them kisses too. Then......I saw a BIG doggie and I gave him a kiss too! I sorta liked riding around in the cart while my Mom and Dad picked out puppy food, treats, and a nice harness! I tried to grab a toy from a display,  but they told me I have enough toys for now. That's so true. I hear there are even more toys in a box, that I haven't even seen yet! So I didn't bug them for another. Then we drove home through lots of rain. It was a very fun day! I am SOOOOO GLAD my Mom is back home with us!
