WOW~ Mega Sales~

I am busying with my work these few weeks, so do not pay much attention on stock. Today take a look on stock market while having a break and notice that all stocks are red. But I feel nothing at all, maybe I am too busy with my work, so also no mood to take a look on it.

By the way, since market is turning red, I think I have reserve some bullet for the market already, I wish the market can come down more, so I can get cheaper price.. :p

Bad is there, good is coming~

Raw Material, crude oil are standing high in the past few weeks~ bad news almost come out. Will it be any bad news coming out again? Recently, the US economy show some downturn result and world economy is growing slow.

Raw Material, crude oil come down, that's mean some company's profit is going to improve. Who are they? MAS? AIRASIA? Manufacturing company? Transportation company?

When economy is slow down, it also have some company's profit to drop~ Consumer product company? property development company? and so on..

What is your target now? :p

HTC or Iphone??

I want to get my new handphone as my current company subsidy RM150 to my phone allowance. So I might use this benefit to sign a phone plan package. HTC seem much better than Iphone at the moment, because of its java flash support and free apps market.

Recently went through Maxis central and Digi central, I was surprised that Maxis is out of Iphone stock at the moment, Iphone already launch about half a year but the demand is still high.

Back to Digi, today I went there to ask for HTC incredible S, the sales girl told me this series phone is also out of stock at the moment, I might need to wait another month in order to get new phone.

People who bought Apple share and HTC share should be damn rich now~
By the way, back to the topic, can anyone give me a suggestion on which phone should I get? :p

When will this Japan crisis end?

I foresee this radiation leaking will not end so fast as this is the first time human face this new problem same as petrol oil leaking by BP. It might take one or two months to settle down the problem however the world overall economy is still healthy.

This might be a great chance to accumulate Japan shares, however I think the market will continue the downturn again as the problem is still cannot solve now. This situation is same as BP, when the time oil leaking, BP share was selling like nobody business, but what is the share price now? it is almost 2 to 3 fold of the lowest price.

So keep the eye on the overall market, and buy in deep~

Earthquake might boost Japan's economy

Japan GDP almost stay flat since 90 century, this is because there is no major development in their industry and technology. However Japan now has to rebuild their industry, infrastructure and so on, in the indirect way, will boost up the demand of infrastructure, raw materials, construction and related industries.

Their government need to allocate many money on the rebuilding, hence will take back all the money from oversea. In short term, Japan GDP will decrease and many money will flow back to Japan. However after rebuilding, Japan's economy will start to re-boost again, just like year 1945, after Japan taste a US nuclear bomb. Japan was growing after rebuilding. So, I believe they can do so in this time also.

Is it a help for 100% loan for salary RM 3k and below?

Salary RM 3,000
Cash in hand after EPF RM 2,670
Monthly installment for RM 220k house loan is around RM 1,160.
Which is 43% of your monthly salary. Is it the help from government or hell from government?

I do not think by cancel the 10% upfront deposit will help much for our nation youngest to buy their first house. This will only burden them by increase their debt.

Beside that, where can we find a house below RM 220k in KL and selangor area anymore?

Do something that help if not we will do "something" to help us~

Illusion of EPF's dividend?

Year 2009 EPF earned 17.2 billion and it gave 19.3 billion. (Difference is positive 2.1 billion extra)
Year 2010 EPF earned 24.0 billion and it gave 21.6 billion. (Difference is negative 2.4 billion less)

How EPF is judging how much to give? Is it any rules and regulations there to determine to dividend?
Or all we see is just a paper gain with bird talk only? because no matter how much it declare, we cannot touch it~

Anyone know the answer?

Is the general election coming soon?

First of all, we must ask ourselves, why Barisan National want to dissolve parlimen and announce general election?

This is because they want to have 2/3 majority in parliamen and continue to rule the country.

Now the questions are, are they ready to get back the 2/3 seats in parliamen? Do rakyat support them back already? How sure is PM to get back the 2/3 seats?

Is PM confidence now to win back Selangor and Pulau Pinang? Or win back Kelatan from PAS (this is unlikely possible)

There are also some important seats from Perak, Melacca, Kedah and so on~ It is all depends from the "feel" of PM. If he is still "feel" uncomfortable" to win back those seats from above mentioned state. Then I think we hardly to see the general election in this year.

What are you "feel" now?

wow~ stocks maga sales!

KLCI index has dropped continuously two days. When will it stop? As I predict early in my early post: http://hongwei85.blogspot.com/2011/01/disposed-alam-rm-116.html
Market is going to correction soon.

But however I do not think index will be pulled back very strong, I am still bullish on the first half year, as general election is coming REAL REAL SOON and market is full of new launching projects. The rally should be continue.

TENAGA should be safe bet due to the raising of electrical bill after general election. However when is the general election and when will TENAGA raise up the charges, then this one I am not sure. But however, I believe it will happen this year.

TENAGA is trading around PE 9, for a bull market and a blue chip, this valuation is definately undervalue already.

New Blog Layout

I was thinking to change my blog layout lately and feel that dark colour background will be the nice colour as investors need a calm mind to do their analysis. Since my blog title is blackspy fundamental, then I choose BLACK to be my black ground colour.

After property, construction, oil and gas theme play, what are the next?

After property, construction, oil and gas theme play, what are the next?

With the projects keep on giving out from government, those sector above need steel and cement to run their projects. So steel and cement will be the next baby..

Recently steel sector is hot with high volume, however some of the steel stock's price is not moving yet. They might be the next. I heard a news from my friend who work in construction sector, steel price is going to raise up after 1st of febuary. If so, then we might see a good quarter result from steel companies after May 2011.

The next coming month will full of challenge, I believe raw material company will rule the stock market in coming week..

The so called "analysts"

Analysts have always tended to call a stock "strong buy" when its price is high, and call for "sell" after the price has fallen.

Is it the way to make them rich in their life? or make them remain to work as "analysts" for the rest of their life??

Erm...

Market outlook year 2011

Today is a first day trading of year 2011.

I purposely write down some note here to remind me what I think will happen in this year 2011. So I can always check back and remind me.

Bright Side: General election, oil and gas industry, steel industry.

Beware: QE2 effect, property bubble, George Soros's movement (he starts action already), hot money in China, HongKong and Taiwan

Nestle is offering free Milo drink for the whole life!

Do you want to know to get it??

Here is the way,

By investing RM 4,300 in Nestle share (current price is RM 43),
then you will get 100 shares,
Nestle dividend for this year is RM 1.50
So you will get RM 150.

assuming you consume 5 packs of 2kg milo every year,
each pack of milo cost RM 27,
so total is only RM 135 for the whole year.
and you still able to receive RM 15 to buy maggie~!

Do not forget Nestle's dividend will up along together with milo price,
so you are actually drink milo for the whole life by just buying a 100 shares of Nestle.

lol~
by the way, I am not promoting Nestle,
I just want to let you know the power of investment.
Just to make some joke here~ :p

Have a nice day!

What is the best indicator to show the company is worth buying?

There are many indicators to show if a company is worth buying in the market.
Fundamental people may use ROE, PE, earning growth, NTA and so on.
Technical analysis people may use candle chart, volume, theme and others.

I was used to ROE, PE before. But now I will include another indicator that is insider movement, which is share buy back by its own company or director buy the shares themselves.

Normally, company execute share buy back is to support company share price and no much emotion inside. But if the directors start to buy up the company shares, then it shows he/she is very confidence in this company future and he is ready to growth with this company. Human is born to be greedy. He/she knows something is worth in the company and he/she wants more from the company so he/she buy the company shares.

What is the top of KLCI index?

What is the top of KLCI index? Sincerely I do not know and nobody will know.
But what I see now is the bull run still there, and there are more hot money to flow in.

Recap back to year 1997 and year 2008, what makes the market crash? Is it Soros and US subprime mortgage crisis cause it? Theoretical yes. Actually those causes are just the starting point, the real reason is hot money flowing out. After Soros attack on Asia currency, most of the people panic and withdraw back their money back to their own country and same as US subprime mortgage crisis. They scare and their own country need money to survive, so they retreat. Once money flow out, then definitely market will come down because no more money to support the market anymore.

So what do you see on current market?
Anything mega news happening now? Do their own country need money to withdraw back?
All the answer is NO, and further more, US is printing more money now, so where the money will go? It is either property, share market or government bond.

So I am confidence KLCI can go higher from now but of course do not chase high. Buy high sell higher is not my game, this game let us give those smart person to play it.
