It has come and gone, like so many others before it. And no, i'm not talking about periods but the 'A's.

This wasn't what i expected it to be. Liberation never tasted so mild. I pictured people cheering and going crazy the moment the CPE said the ever familiar words "Okay, you can leave the hall now". That didn't happen. Neither did the gush of freedom wash over me. It just felt... Normal? Perhaps this is the result of grinding tests which came like an onslaught, one after another.

So many things awaiting me. I'll be gone tomorrow for a proper holiday which is probably gonna last me for a good two years. Coming back just to miss prom but thankfully the post prom is there to make things good. Then there's mission trip with the youth to some rural malaysian villages. If i make it back alive, there would be a wait before we get to celebrate post-Christmas and all. A temporary job to support my spending would burn up the rest of my time before I actually get my head shaven and enter NS.

This post was deliberately delayed just for you.

After all the late nights, forced revisions and ever mounting stress, things are prolly gonna improve after today. Still, it sucks waking up every morning to all the things you haven't done, what the day holds and how things will turn out. At least having people around makes it all the more bearable. (:

The 3 hours Economics P1 is on today. By 5pm when it ends, for good or bad, a HEAVY load will finally be lifted. Let's just hope everything goes well and keep our fingers crossed.

So many things I have to do, want to do and think I should do. 6 DAYS.

Closure.

Something in the disturbance of the force tells me that I've been tasked to do this. So here goes.

8 things about my perfect partner

1. She's gotta understand me.
2. Accepts me for who I really am.
3. Have no problems talking about everything, anything and nothing.
4. Sporting enough to do dumb, idiotic but fun things with me.
5. Accepts my family for what they are like.
6. Loves me to bits.
7. Has respect for our relationship, herself and me.
8. And last but not least, be able to turn up the HEAT(a little bit of self-interpretation required here).

8 people to do this:
You! If you haven't been thinking about what you're looking for in the other half, now ain't a bad time.

LOVES.

Is it possible to tell what kind of character a person has or what a person is like just based on first impressions?

Till now, she hasn't given a very positive first-sight evaluation of my ex-secondary schoolmates. FAGGOTS/FATTY/PERVERT/DRUGADDICT/ACTPUNK. Waiting for more colourful comments to come along as i see more and more of them these days. It's been pretty cool seeing how all of us have changed and yeah. Maybe we're all different from the person we used to be then.

OTHER than that, things happened today. Someone might very well end up dominating the kitchen in future lol. POTENTIAL. ((:

Again, expect the unexpected. Nothing could have hinted at this happening but yeah. (:

Everything went pretty well so yeah. Lost our way but managed to get to our destination, a lil late though. HAHS. Good food, good company, what more to ask for?

After-dinner plans were pretty normal but unexpected lol. CLARKE QUAY&FCP. Not too bad for a night out? ((:

Got those words out at long last. It was gonna happen sooner or later so might as well right?

4 papers in 3 days. Since GP was over, initially felt like throwing/chucking the notes, TIME magazines and all away. Only at that time did it dawn on me how much these notes actually integrated into my life, in their own little ways. Perhaps they deserve more than the rubbish bin or the recycling dump.

As yet, the papers were reasonable. Physics was do-able but weird in the sense that mark allocation was pretty warped. For GP, i felt the essay topics weren't your typical OJC questions. Most of them had funny twists to them or had two parts to deal with so yeah. Not easy lol. Compre was alright. Gave an overseas example when it was limited to S'pore's context. Luckily the events in the morning ensured that i had sufficient examples for Singapore lol. In all, i should think it's OKAY. Maths. The maths whizzes around all had different answers for some questions so yeah. Hahah. But i guess it didn't go too bad since the specimen paper was practically the only revision.

Next two waves would be crucial. Gonna hibernate till then. Hopefully i actually manage to do something productive till then since the 8pm drama serial has ended yesterday and that's 1 distraction outta the window.

Little things mean more than you think they do. 12daycard/stresskit/BLACKjacket/batteries/TIME. That promise still endures. ((:
