Christmas Wishes

I have a few young men in my life who I give Christmas cards to but I always find it a challenge to figure out what stamp or stamps to use on their cards. I think Joey Snowy is absolutely adorable! and perfect for a masculine themed Christmas card. These young men all like and have a dog in their life so I masked the dog out of the "Christmas Treat" stamp to add to the card.

Here's hoping this card works for one of the youngun's in my life and brings a smile.

I stamped both stamps on alcohol marker friendly paper, coloured them with Copic markers and hand fussy cut them. I loved the colours of the Winter Magic paper from Echo Park and coloured my stamps to match it.
I cut my card base and rounded the bottom front corners with a corner punch and cut the patterned paper and card stock to match. Next I cut some patterned paper using a rounded corner die to use as a back drop behind the stamps and added some ribbon to "ground" them.
I stamped the sentiment, added it to matching card stock and cut some fish tail banner dies to go behind it. Some enamel dots finish off my card.

Joey Snowy

Howdy - MichelleO here and today I would like you to meet "Joey Snowy" from High Hopes Stamps! Isn't he just a precious little guy?!

He just makes you happy right? I colored with Copics (colors below) and then I decided to take a different route of color combo... I had out blues, but then decided this guy was cheerful and bright so went bright with my colors! LOL I think he likes it! I matted with red card stock and used a brown card stock base. The sentiment is perfect for my "Joey Snowy" it is called "Snowman Greeting"

Copic colors used -

Pattern Paper is from Graphic 45 and Bazzil Cardstock.

A fun cheerful little Christmas card - You like the bright and cheerful color combo? I think I do!

Have a great day -

MERRY (SHAKER) CHRISTMAS CARD!

Hello and happy Monday Friends!
I have a FUN shaker card to share with you today, using "Joey Snowy" from Highhopesstamps.com

I started by stamping this adorable image with Memento Tuxedo black ink and colored with alcohol markers. I die cut a Polaroid frame die three times so I can get some dimension. After I adhesive my image with foam tape, I added my sequins. My greeting is a die from my stash. The snowflakes outside are from Lawn Fawn. Almost forget the paper is from American Crafts.

Image is colored with Copics;
snowman C1 C3
hat/buttons  C5 C7 C9
carrot YR07 scarf YG11 YG13 YG17

Here is a close up!
To finish my project lots of stardust stickles and doodle some lines with a white jelly pen. I hope you've enjoyed. Here is another card using this fun image!

Merry Christmas, Eh?

Happy Friday to my High Hopes Fans!

I am sharing a fun High Hopes Christmas Card that I made with one of the older images from High Hopes.

This is Joey Snowy.
He reminds me so much of Frosty the snowman with his happy face!

I colored him with Prisma Pencils (spring green, cardinal red, black, orange)
I used B000 copic marker to outline him.
I created the snow with white Puffy Paint and the glittery stickers are Jollees.

The paper is from my favorite go to pack of Christmas paper by The Paper Studio.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
