I have been working outside the home this week. Something I don't often do. Before I became a stay at home mom I worked for several different law firms as a legal assistant. And you know what... I absolutely love working in the legal profession. Yep, I do! I especially enjoy it because the attorney that I work for periodically when his regular assistant, Mariann, takes a vacation is a completely awesome guy! But what does this have to do with one layer wednesday or a card for that matter... well when I work my mojo takes a break and runs away. Thank goodness for
One Layer Wednesday because a little bit of my mojo came back.
Susan asked us to check out the
Pinterest (a website for "pinning" photos of really cool stuff on your very own virtual inspiration board) of Marta of the blog "
Marta Writes". So... off I went to check out this Pinterest thingy and found this
inspiration photo to base my card on. I used some of my Heartfelt Creqations Flora Grande 2 stamps for the card because they reminded me the look of the doilies that were used as gift wrapping.
