I just loved creating this little Mini Album, using the Teresa Collins Now & Then range of papers.
The whole album is made from three 12x12 sheets of papers and you have head on over here to check out how to create it.
For the Cover I used Woodgrain as
my base (I just love the Woodgrain paper it's one of my favourites) and
then using the hexagonals from the sticker sheet I created a little
collage for the front and back so they match and embellished it with the
buttons (sorry the sticker sheet & buttons are out of stock).
Here are the inside sheets showing the use of the papers and the embellishments
Look at the little pocket to put the extra's photo's in.
So there you go girls, a nice quick and easy Mini Album which would also be perfect to use for a Nana's Brag Book as well

Old is New.....
Scrappin Patch is having a "Use your Stash Challenge" so I thought I would share this layout with you, as all these papers are from the Girls Paperie Range which is a fairly old range of papers. I popped into the shop on Friday and Adrienne was going through all the older ranges of papers to put them in the Outlet Store on Sale and saw these three papers which I thought matched quite well together and saw the saw the gorgeous new Cakewalk SprINKlers in store as well.
So I challenged myself to create a layout using these items, with all old stuff my stash,
To emphasize the zig zag edge of the diecut paper, I backed it onto some black cardstock, just to add a little OOMPH... Absolutely loved the way this one turned out and I used the Pink Lemonade SprINKler to add a little more pink to the page.
Here are a couple of the close ups..
I had a little chipboard cog lying around so I used the Pink Lemonade SprINKler on that to, to tie all the colours together.
The first challenge is already up and you have until Tuesday 21st August to upload over here.

more Amy Tangerine Sketchbook Range
I have done a little step by step tutorial over here on how to make your own Polaroid Frames.
Here is the full layout using the GORGEOUS Fun Filled, bright coloured papers from the Amy Tangerine Sketch Range of papers. I think the black frames really compliment the colours of the papers really well and draws your eye to the photo's but the colours really make it look soooo FUNKY.

Products used for this layout, Amy Tangerine Sketchbook - Remarks - Doodle (American Crafts), Sketchbook - Fabric Brads, Sketchbook Paper - Kristi's Craft, Sketchbook Paper - Harper's Hu, Sketchbook Paper - Gabys Gallery, SMASH Tape - Swatch, Manor House Sprinkler Flowers, Lime, Pink and Teal, American Craft Amy Tangerine Thickers.
Here are a couple of close up shots to show off those gorgeous embellishments.... I cannot rave enough about them ladies, honestly they are just FABBO.....
I think this is by far my most favorite range of papers at the moment, I absolutely LOVE the colour hues, the washed paint look, the funky patterns and the brightness of them, and combined with all the little nick nacks which come with the range, you will have well balanced GORGEOUS pages which you are extremely proud of.

Masking - CMH # 18
I was eager to scrap today, I had a day off work today, and helped Adrienne out at the shop, it was so great to spend the morning with her... Thanks Adrienne. After picking the girls up from school, I went straight into my scrap room to create this fortnight's challenge over at Challenge Me Happy,
Challenge # 18 is to use masking on your layout, I absolutely LOVE my Prima Brick Mask, so used that as my start on the white cardstock together with some Scattered Straw Distress Stain, and then splattered some Red October Afternoon Sprinklers - I used a paint brush to splatter it this time as I wanted bigger splatters.
I am absolutely loving the colours from the MME Dilly Dally range as well as the new Echo Park This and That, they really mix well together.
Products used:- Scattered Straw Distress Stain, Red October Afternoon Sprinklers, MME Dilly Dally Adventures Fair Paper, Dilly Dally Best Vines Paper, Dilly Dally Hello Flannel Paper, Echo Park This and That Sticker Sheet & Alpha Sheet, Dilly Dally Decorative Brads Celebrate, and MME Follow your Heart Be Amaizing Brads

YAY!!!!
I can finally share my news, I will be designing for Scrappin Patch again this year, I am so thrilled to be part of this year's team, so many tallented ladies on the team, check out the post to see who is on the team.
Have you seen the awesome sale Scrappin Patch is having, 40% off everything in store..... the items I created using the Teresa Collins Christmas Home Range are all on sale.... This is a little tin which I have covered using the Teresa Collins Christmas Home Range. I made this for my friend Urshie so when she goes back to SA, she can put some of her favourite pictures from her trip in the circle album. Isn't it just sooo cute, it's small and light so she doesn't have to worry about the weight going home.
Fantastic day here in Christchurch today, we went to Hagley Park, and then checked out the wearable arts at the Museum, and it was absolutely fantastic. Now we are back home, spending the day outside soaking up the wonderful sunshine.
