Well, yet again, it's been wayyyyy too long in between posts

But I'll do a little update anyways so everyone can know what we are up to these days. Trevor is still working a lot, but actually gets some days off to spend with us. He is always serving and loving life. He is on this health kick lately and has (all self motivated) lost over 20 pounds in the last two and a half months. He is amazing and watching him shrink while I keep growing is actually quite frustrating!! Scouts is o.k. in this ward, and hasn't been all consuming as in past wards. The practice is doing well and we went a little overboard for Christmas this year... oops ;) What can I say, our kids are just that good :) I am, as I said, growing and growing. This little guy is a wiggly thing and as healthy as can be. I'm finding that my purely awesome front loading washer and dryer are becoming, well... not as awesome... as bending and transferring several loads of laundry twice a week is quite the chore with a gigantic belly. That goes for many other chores too. A couple months left, and I am really thankful that this guy is not coming until after all the craziness of the holidays are over. Except for a couple more projects to finish, we are bought or made, wrapped and done with Christmas presents for everyone. That feels great! Anna and Natali are doing awesome in school and they are enjoying everything right now. Other then Devin sounding like a seal when he sneezes and coughs, the boys are doing great too. We are hoping for a healthy and enjoyable Christmas next weekend and are so excited for all the fun we have planned. Life is treating us more then well and we are extremely blessed in every way. Well, it is time to go feed a grumpy, sick two year old and a happy as can be four year old, then of course TAKE A NAP!! My all time favorite activity lately... well actually, always. Later~

Eternal Calling

Yes.... the expected calling has arrived. Only two weeks after our new ward was organized. Scout Master is Trevor's calling here on this earth we've decided. He was assistant scout master for a year in our other ward and has been the scout master in all of our previous wards. We had ONE week break. One week people. No mutual or campouts or meetings or merit badges.... One Week! It has to be one of the busiest callings in the church and Trevor is really good at it. Obviously. We are so blessed and I know we will receive even more blessings for sacrificing our daddy and husband for the next 300 years to the scouts. See you in the next life my love.

Fireplace

This deserved it's own post. We didn't like the fireplace that came as an upgrade to the house, so we decided to put in our own. Trevor and I did it all, start to finish and it was so fun. Turned out great too! The fireplace itself is just one that we hang right on the wall like a picture frame. It has these little alcohol gel canisters that we light. They don't put off any fumes or anything. We were pretty excited at the results. Makes it feel more like home.

been a while

Well..... I'll try not to bore you with a long post. I think I left off in October. How sad. November= Thanksgiving was weird. Trevor left hunting on that day and I was by myself for five days with four children. It wasn't that great for me, but Trevor had an amazing time with his dad and brothers. It made it worth it for me, I guess. The deer he got has been great too. December= Christmas of course. We got to decorate our house for the first time. So fun. We had a great time spending time with family and being able to come home afterwards. My brother Ryan got married to a wonderful woman that we all fell in love with. January-present= work, more work, a little break for New Years at the cabin and lots of snow, built a fireplace, school, diaper changes, laughing, saw wicked in Tucson, wrestling, art classes, work, field trips, friends, javelina hunting, a new backyard (pictures to come soon), enjoying AMAZING weather and each other. Not too much going on now. Trevor and I are training for our yearly sprint triathlon. The girls are doing excellent in school and are a great help around the house and with their little brothers. The boys keep me busy and laughing at home. All is well at our house and we are happy, happy, happy! (so, can anyone explain to me in child terms how to put captions under the photos??? I really have no idea how to do it! But it sure would help organize my posts :)

San Fran

Trevor conveniently had a dental class in San Francisco on my birthday, so us wives got to tag along and play our hearts out while the boys were stuck in class all day for three days. It was a blast!! We shopped, laughed, SLEPT IN, ate, earned $100 for taste testing new appetizers for some restaurant, saw many sites, ate some more, walked even more then we ate and made lots of great memories. I hope we do it again very soon.

Birthdays 2010

Devin turned 1, Trevor 31, Anna 8 (baptized!!!), Heather 31, and Natali 6. All these happend in September, October and November. We seem to like to have all our babies and birthdays right during hunting season :0). hmmmm. Trevor and I rode in the tour de Tucson in November and it was a BLAST!! At least for me... Trevor rode the entire 109 miles, but the last 35 miles we jumped on the tandem and stuck it out through the wind and traffic together. It was a great memory and we hope to keep it up every year. Thanksgiving was kind of lame because Trevor went hunting on Thanksgiving day and was gone for 5 days after that. I told him I might not stick around too long if he makes that a habit every year. wink wink. The kids and I had a good time chilling together, watching movies, playing at the many parks by our house and missing daddy. He did bring home some great deer meat though and our freezer is stocked full!

Time for some catch up...

Well I'll start with the last pictures I posted. It was August. How sad. So much has happend. First of all, our turtle Guacamole died and was buried in a beautiful grave in the yard. Received a loving tribute and a hand made headstone.
The rest of the summer was filled with trips to the lake wakeboarding behind Grandpa Caffall's fishing boat, many trips to the most awesome cabin, movies, house projects and trying to stay cool in this blazing hot state.
